I could sleep for 7 hours straight again.

In this morning’s dream. I had an eagle as pet. The eagle was huge. It was almost same size as human adult. The eagle had fluffy red feathers. He ate only vegetables. I fed him his favorite vegetables, and he happily ate them all.  

I shared my dream with my husband. He said his late cousin visited him in his dream. My husband didn’t remember the details of the dream, but he remembered they had a good time visiting each other.

I could sleep 6 hours straight and woke up energized.

My husband’s 4-day vacation had ended and he got back to work from this morning.

My family and I went to the community market and farmer’s market in the next city. It took us 1.5 hours on one way. It was our first long drive since my injury. I had enough cash in my wallet, but by the time when we were about to leave the market, my wallet did not have any more paper bills. I purchased many gift items and clothes at the market. I was glad that I could purchase her some birthday gifts and Christmas gifts.

We walked for a long distance. From time to time, I needed to find a bench to sit down and rest. One time, the arch of my foot got extremely hot with intense nerve pain. I needed to sit down and put an icepack onto my foot and cool it down. I found a nice big tree next to the bench. I took off the socks and put my bare foot on the ground and touched the tree bark to earth myself.

I normally take gabapentin once a day, but today, I needed to take 2 pills because of the intense pain.

I woke up at 5 a.m. but not as before, I could instantly go back to sleep and woke up at 7 a.m. I could sleep through for 7 hours in total.

In my dream, my Reiki teacher visited me. He was sounded by a whole bunch of people; his family and friends, and his many followers. Still, he came to me so that we could have a conversation alone. He gave me a flying pan for Japanese rolled omelets. He said he had made a Japanese rolled omelet every morning and it represents his daily routine. The gathering was a cerebration of his moving. I joined to others and helped putting my teacher’s belongings on the track bed. On the next scenery, my teacher was already sitting on the driver’s seat. On the next scenery, he drove off. Then I woke up. I wished a good luck on his departure to his new challenge.

In the evening, my daughter showed me her inner side of elbows. She had had extreme dry skin with itchiness since she was a baby. The allergic reaction was gone. She doesn’t feel itchy anymore and the skin has gotten cleared away. I was happy for her.

I had a dream. It became my first dream of the year 2026.

I was walking by river. The entire area was amazingly beautiful. The golden light was shining down from sky to ground. I was walking in the center of the scenery. I heard a clear voiced message. “Keep believing in your strength. You can make your wishes and dreams come true.”　Then, I woke up naturally. The time was 5:57 a.m.

My husband and daughter and I have a routine in the early morning of the new year. We went for a walk and prayed to the new sunrise for the good year.

It seemed that we had rain all night. while we were walking, it was sprinkling. It is a good luck sign. The new year of 2026 started from purifying with female rain. It will be a great healing year.

I could sleep for 7 hours straight again. I am so happy about this improvement.

In the morning, a maintenance person came and exchanged a toilet seat to a new one. It was broken since our moving-in day. I am happy they finally replaced a new toilet seat.

I gave my daughter a haircut. She wanted her hair much shorter than before. She looks cute with the short length.

In our back yard garden, we still have plants that keep producing; tomatoes, chilltepin, Anaheim chills, jalapeno, and 2 different types of kale.

I still have a dull pain in the right butt area.

I could sleep through for 7 hours without waking up from pain in the middle the night. I am so happy about this great improvement. The high-quality sleep for many hours definitely help healing my body and mind. The fortune telling of the winter solstice was right. I was at the bottom of the water, but now I got out from the water and get ready for the normal and healthy life.

When I think about graduation of physical therapy sessions, I feel happy and uplifted. I didn’t notice until now, that the physical therapy session had become a huge burden for me mentally and physically. From now on, I will do the homework exercises and rest up on my pace with listening to my body’s voices.

I could sleep 6 hours straight without waking up in the middle of the night. I appreciate the fact that my body can sleep and heal the body while I was asleep.
Last night I could fall asleep without taking any of pain reliever homeopathic remedies.
My late dad visited me in dream. We were in his office at the house. He showed me a bunch of unopened gift boxes in his room. He smiled at me and told me that he wanted me to take all the unopened gift boxes with me.

When I woke up, I was happy to see the email from one of the homeopathy school teachers. There were 3 files that I could not copy and pastes the texts. He re-saved the 3 files via a special PFD software for me and sent them to me. I appreciate him for helping me out. Otherwise, I will need to manually type all the texts to my word file. He saved lots of my time and energy.
I started using an icepack on my right foot. It helps to numb the nerve pain so that I can work on the computer work and study without suffering from nerve pain.

I didn’t need to take gabapentin for the pain. I didn’t shed tears all day today.

I still have pain in butt area, but the pain is not sharp, more like dull and bearable.

I could sleep 5 hours straight. I am still in the middle of centralization process and have been suffering from pain in back and butt area. I could not do much except for resting on bed.
