I went to the chiropractic office in the morning. I never had a chiropractic treatment in America. I had it several times in Japan though. I felt scared to have a chiropract treatment so I asked my husband to come with me. We went to see the chiropractor whom my husband’s coworker recommended to us.

The chiropractor is young. Maybe he is in his early 30s, could be even in 20s.

He made my bone sound here and there of my entire body parts. The treatment itself was less than 5 minutes. Honestly though, right after the treatment the pain was still consistent.

After we went back home, we went to the big town for shopping. During walking and even in the evening, the pain was still there. And same as the previous nights, I could not sleep from pain and suffered for 3 hours or so, until I finally lost conscious and fell asleep around 4 a.m.  

Still suffering from sharp pain on the right hip nerve. The pain got extreme in the middle of the night. I could sleep for 2 hours or so, and woke up around after midnight from the sharp pain. From there, I could not sleep until 6 a.m. so that my sleep hours have been 3 to 4 hours for these past 5 days. I will go see a chiropractor tomorrow.

I am still suffering from the right hip nerve pain. My husband mentioned about his coworker who had suffered from severe backpain for months. He finally went to see a chiropractor and the severe pain went away with just one session. I think I should try the chiropractor.

Last night I woke up from the sharp pain in my right hip. I think my symptom is called sciatica. The pain is too much to keep sitting on the chair and studying. I gave up studying in the evening and went to bed at 7 p.m. I watched some movies and shows and fell asleep around 9 p.m. Then I woke up from the sharp pain around 1 a.m. I had suffered from pain for 3 hours or so. I prayed, took some homeopathy remedies, did a red light therapy, and even did some stretching exercise. None of them helped to calm down the pain. Thankfully I fell asleep after 4 a.m, until 7 a.m. I wish I will find out the solution to make this pain to calm down, so that I can focus on whatever I want.

Last night even though I finally fell asleep after the spiritual class after 3 a.m., I could naturally wake up without any wake-up alarm at 7 a.m. I felt refreshed and happy.

One thing that bothered me throughout the day was the tiny sense of nerve pain on my right hip. I hope it will go away tomorrow. I did some light exercise and yoga for my body to be relaxed and well-stretched.

In the late at night at 10 p.m., I attended the tenth spiritual class that my homeopathy teachers provided. My honest feeling about the teacher is that she has been greatly improved her way of thinking. It was the 10^th class. The first 3 classes were not good as the latter classes, because i could feel the teacher’s arrogant attitude at the first 3 classes. As the class proceeds, the teacher has gotten more affectionate and I could actually feel her love even though the online class. I fully enjoyed tonight’s class and appreciate the two teachers for their big love to us students.

In the noon time, I had time to discuss with the director of the counselor. My daughter wanted to change one of the elective classes, but she was too shy to speak up.

Her homeroom teacher told me that it is impossible to change it because the deadline to change it had already passed, which was the end of last month.

But I thought it depends on how I explain it to the director, so I prepared a basic but straightforward explanation presentation material. After I explained the situation for 3 minutes with showing the presentation material, the director kindly told me that she can change it for my daughter. After we had a good laugh and communication, I thought I didn’t need to worry about this case too much.

I found a brown scorpion in the house. It was on the hall way where everybody constantly walks back and forth. I thought the scorpion came to convey some spiritual messages to me.

The internet interpretation of encountering a brown scorpion is to pass a message of reminding the strength within. Your determination is the key to achieve the success you desire.

My late dad in law’s horoscope sine was Scorpio. I thought it was also an encouraging message from him too.

In the evening, I attended one seminar provided by one of the professional homeopaths. I like how she explains things on her unique way. She went to work as a volunteer staff at the Noto Hanto big earthquake in Ishikawa Prefecture that happened on the New Year’s Day afternoon of last year 2024. She had worked for the people who were suffering from injuring and losing their houses from the tsunami and earthquake. She has two children and I guess it was hard for her to leave the house for one week. Her experiences must be one of the life-remembering events in life. I really enjoyed listening to her story.

In the morning, I had my biofeedback to have its monthly maintenance. The female IT technician could not get hold of me via my cell phone for the past 3-4 months. She told me the phone went to the busy tone and did not allow her to leave a voice message, even though I was not using my cell phone. However today the phone went through. I didn’t do any change in my cell phone setting. We don’t know what was wrong in the past 3 months. We are happy that we can connect via my cell phone anyway.

Other than that, it was a peaceful day. I focused on my professional homeopath school classes.
