In the morning, I printed out some documents and went to the notarization office. After I came back home, I created some other documents including the translation documents, and shared the scanned data. After my attorney’s confirmation, I went to the post office and sent them out to him in Japan.

I went to the post office two days straight, so that the worker wondered what was happening to me. I wish I had taken it slow so that I could save the expensive postage. It cost $77.55 to me just for sending the documents to Japan.

In the morning, I noticed there were 5 emails from my new attorney. While I was asleep, he already created a notice to my old attorney and sent it to him. My old attorney got shocked and called my new attorney. They talked over the phone. My new attorney already created a notice to my brother’s attorney and wait for my approval before sending it to them. I printed out some power of attorney documents and shared the screenshots with my new attorney. I needed him to check them before I send via international posting. I received his confirmation email at 13:10 in my time, which was 5:10 a.m. in his time. It was amazing. With his confirmation, I went to the post office and sent the documents out.

In the night, right before I attended the homeopathy live lesson, my attorney contacted me if we could discuss about the truth statement and petition for support regarding the inheritance tax money. Amazingly my attorney already created a draft for me, which incorporated all the truth that I shared with him verbally. We edited some parts and created the final version.

In the morning, I saw the email from my old attorney. He made a simple mistake in calculation for the expense report. With the simple calculation mistake, I could not sign the termination contract back to him.

In the evening at 7 a.m., I had an online meeting with my new attorney. First, we made an official contract that he be my attorney. He explained our next steps. I feel so comfortable to have him as my attorney.

In the night at 7:30 p.m., I had an online meeting with the old attorney. On the last meeting of 12/15/2024, when I mentioned my desire to fire him, he was not angry or upset. Rather, he seemed to be happy, and as a matter of fact, he was smiling all through the meeting. However, at tonight’s online meeting, he was mad from the very beginning of the meeting. He had been always gentle and polite, but today his attitude was rude and arrogant. We discussed about my cash money that he deducted from my late dad’s bank accounts without my prior approval. I would avoid write down all the details here, but he refused all of my requests on how to deal with my cash.

I slept through the night and woke up comfortably. I felt good about the idea to hire the new attorney as my supporter. When I asked advice to my husband and daughter, they both agreed with my decision. So, I sent an official request to the new attorney to become my attorney.

This morning, I had a dream. My face was closed up. I had one long hair growing in my face. I cut the hair with using a pair of scissors. I felt comfortable for cutting the hair by myself.

When I woke up, I looked up the meaning of the dream. It says that a hair growing on the face shows that the dreamer has the habit to decide a decision based on the others’ onions. The dreamer has a tendency to consider others too much so that they cannot decide a decision based on their intuition. Cutting hair on the face means that the dreamer decided to cut off the old habit. The message of this dream truly resonated with my current situation. I thought my family spirits agreed with my decision and support me by showing this dream.

My biofeedback gave me a message saying “it is not the will to win that makes a winner, but the will to prepare.” I sincerely appreciate the biofeedback software for giving me this message.

In the night at 8 p.m. I had an online meeting with an attorney. It was a paid consultant regarding the law about my current situation. He gave me some options to fight back to my brother. Unlike the current attorney, he has strength and courage to fight with me by offering me options that I was never taught by the current attorney. I decided to hire this new attorney to support me.

Today was the Winter Solstice. It is a good day to start something new. So, I started taking Onkokin-sama. It is created by the Japanese homeopathy founder and made with the healthy soil bacteria. It is mainly created for the healthy soil to grow healthy produces, but humans also can drink it in order to keep our bowel healthy. I admit the smell is strong, but I felt powerful after I took a sip. I was filled with the powerful emotion and memories from my past lives that I have to stand tall and speak up to protect myself and my loved ones.

My daughter got well. It took her only 2 days in order to fully overcome. The symptoms started from stomach ache with throwing up all night, and switched to headache and muscle ache in all over the body. I am guessing it was the flu that my husband brought back from his workplace on November 21^st. As for him, it took 2.5 days for him to fully recover. I am luckily still doing fine. I am behind of the schedule for the professional homeopathy school, and I don’t have time to get sick. I want to catch up with the schedule within this month.

My husband and daughter went to the restaurant to celebrate their recovery from flu. I decided to stay behind and keep proceeding my professional homeopathy school course.

It was good all in all to cancel our Navajoland visit trip. Yesterday I received an email from the previous attorney and an email from another attorney whom I am thinking about to hire as my new attorney. In order to have a paid counseling with the new attorney, I needed to wrap up the document to explain the current situation.

My daughter got much better than yesterday, but since she still had the pain, she stayed in bed almost all day.

Today we were planning to head for Navajoland to visit my mom-in-law, but we needed to cancel the plan. Last night about 1 a.m., my daughter woke up and went to bathroom. She was feeling sick and threw up. From there, she repeated the process of going back to bed and throwing up at the toilette. Poor thing that she could not sleep. I, as a mom, could not sleep neither. Toward the early morning of 5 a.m., my daughter finally fell asleep for a couple of hours.

I was originally planning to wake up at 6 a.m. to cook obento for the road trip. But my daughter was still suffering from pain, we decided to stay home.
