I watched the movie “The Boy and the Heron” (2023). This movie was in the theater but it didn’t come to our local area. I have been wanting to watch this movie, and today I happened to find it in the local library shelf. It is a Japanese movie, 君たちはどう生きるか, directed by Hayao Miyazaki. As always in his movies, this movie has full of beautiful sceneries of Japanese nature. It was an interesting story incorporated the essence of the Japanese creation story and the theory of the different dimensions and different time frame. It gives me a sense of comfort to know all the loved ones are still alive happily in the different dimension. We just cannot see them in our physical realm, but they for sure exist. I enjoyed watching this movie a lot.

Today was the first court day for my late dad’s inheritance division case. My attorney attended on behalf of me and reported the detailed information afterwards. As far as I read his report, the discussion went smoothly between 2 mediators and 2 attorneys that I don’t need to suffer from huge stress anymore.   

Today I watched the movie “Lost Care.” Same as yesterday’s movie, the movie deals with the old people who cannot live by themselves for some reasons mentally and physically. The main character has arrested for murdering 42 old people, but he keeps claiming that he has rescued these people. The movie is based on the actual event that happened in a similar situation. It shows how miserable the life turns to an old person who has some types of mental disease such as dementia. According to the data of OECD, Japan has the highest number of dementia patients. I didn’t know about this data and was shocked. After watched this movie, I pondered about myself and my family regarding the old age.     

I watched the movie “Plan 75.” It is a Japanese movie and their topic is about the old age. The movie is set as the near future, where the government officially approves the rights of the death with dignity and offers a Plan 75 that the old people who are 75 years old and above can decide to take the voluntary death. The government even encourage old people to do so by offering some chunk of allowance to enjoy their last days of the life. I personally support this idea because it will protect many people who suffer from losing their dignity at their old age as well as their family members who suffer from taking care of their old parents. In any way, the topic like this dealing with the life is a heavy one that creates many different opinions.

Today is my best friend’s birthday. We haven’t talked for the past two years. I think our connection has been over. I still remember her birthday and wish her all the best. Our friendship has been ended because our vibrations do not match or our karmic promises have been completed. I don’t know the true reasons, but in reality, we don’t talk anymore. I believe it can happen and it is just fine as we all are changing. When one door is closed, a new door will be opened. All we can do is just to accept what opens for us.

We went to the Arizona Sonora museum. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, there were not too many people there, so that we could take our time to stop wherever we wanted to stay longer. My favorite sport is definitely at the small water area in the cave. I was happy to take some great pictures of their wild flowers.

After we walked more than 2 hours in the hiking area, we headed to the casino located at the local Native American reservation. Our main purpose was their crab leg buffe on Saturdays. My daughter ate just one set of crab leg and switched to their putti-cakes. My husband enjoyed their beef steaks. I enjoyed crab legs. Since it was our fist time, they offered us a free $20 game credits. With that, I won $78. I decided to use this game money to purchase a pair of earing for my daughter on next time when we visit the museum, where we found a very nice pair of earrings.  

My attorney announced me that he received an invoice from the Japanese tax office regarding the late penalty of the inheritance tax, and he is going to pay it with using my petty cash. He said he is going to pay this tomorrow. I am glad to know that the inheritance tax case is closed by this.

My husband is good at fixing anything, not only electric appliances, but also cars, humans and animals. I believe he will become a great medicine man and a handy man.

Today was the first anniversary of my dad’s departure.

I sent a Japanese mantra and good prayers to my late dad, wishing him a happy and calm life in the spirit world. I thought the owl’s visit was originally from my late dad. Since my late Japanese dad was still new in the spirit world and he is not good at communicating with the humans on the Earth, my late Navajo dad supported my Japanese dad to communicate with me. Both of my late Japanese parents and my late Navajo dad wanted to meet each other while they were here on the Earth, but it didn’t come true. However, in the spirit world, they can make anything happen. I strongly believe they already have met and greeted to each other.

I wrote a letter to my late Japanese dad that he didn’t need to blame himself by watching the fighting between my brother and me. Even though it is the main reason we fight, both of my brother and I have been growing and learning from this experience. Please don’t worry about us. I strongly believe my late parents and ancestors have been watching over us and supporting us. After this fight in the court, my brother and I will gain more wisdom and knowledge than before, so that we can share our own experiences to our loved ones. We will act in a better way when we depart this realm on Earth. My late parents and ancestors have been learning from us too. So, don’t worry, my dear dad. Everything will turn out great through this experience. And please know that it is not your fault. So, don’t blame yourself.

My mom in law told me that she heard the voice saying Mom, Mom last night. so, in the morning the first thing she did was to contact her sons and me. She wanted to check if everybody is doing fine.

Then, when we asked her what kind of the voice she heard last night. Was it male or female? Did it sound urgent or calm? She said it was a male voice and sounded calm. Instantly, we thought about my late Navajo dad.

We sheared about the owl’s visit last night. The owl’s hooting had a gentle tone. We all agreed that it was a greeting from my late Navajo dad saying hi and letting us know that he is still protecting us.  

My mom-in-law and my family burned some white safe and did a smudging as the offering to my late Navajo dad.
