Influence of Moon 10/3/2016

Tonight, I went outside and enjoyed watching moon. It was Waxing Crescent moon, Moon Day 3.

I always love to watch new moon. I was born on new moon day, Moon Day 1. Probably that is why I like new moon. During new moon, I feel like I can breathe deeply and calmly. Everything looks better.

One friend of mine who was born on the full moon day says she likes full moon the best. She says she feels energized on the full moon. Another friend of mine told me she used to love to watch Half-moon on Last quarter. Recently, she found out she was born on the moon phase, moon day 22nd. In her case, she was unconsciously attracted by her birth moon phase.

I thought it interesting. Moon is neutral. Moon does not do anything to us, but we get influenced by moon differently. As far as I know, people naturally get influenced by their birthday’s moon phase.

I’ve read an interesting article. It says most births happen on the full moon day in the natural world. Women who live harmony with the rhythm of the nature tend to have a monthly period cycle on the new moon day, an ovulation on the full moon day, and a baby delivery on the full moon day. That is why the OB-GYN delivery room gets the busiest on the full moon. They match to the cycle and rhythm of the natural world.

When I was young, I used to hate my period cycle. I felt it inconvenient, especially in school days. I needed to go to bathroom frequently, taking care of myself. It usually comes with dull feeling, dull pain, and irritation sometimes. I used to feel being a woman is having an extra burden by going through monthly period every month.

But now I get older, I have started appreciating the mystery of woman’s body. I feel blessed to be born as a woman on this lifetime. Because women are blessed to have the same rhythm with the natural world. And we are born to have the monthly self-cleansing system in our body. It is definitely blessing. We should enjoy feeling the same rhythm with the natural world.

Lightly equipped 10/2/2016

I am not a materialistic person. I value spiritual abundance rather than material abundance. Simply because material things won’t last forever, but spiritual abundance will stay in the soul forever.

I have two extreme events that forced me to give up my material things.

The first experience was at the time of the big earthquake in 1995. At that time, I was living alone. The big shake broke most of my belongings such as electric appliances, furniture, and houseware. From my experience, I noticed that at the time of catastrophe, we don’t concern about material things. I think most of the people’s concerns are about their family’s safety. I was the same as most people. I went back to my parents’ house and gathered up with my parents and my brother. Everybody was safe. That was all my concerns.

The second experience was at the time of moving from Japan to America. Those days I was living in my own house so that I had lots of belongings. I sorted out the minimum requirements for me. I was surprised that all my belongings could be stored in only two suitcases. That made me realized that most of my belongings were unnecessary for me.

I think it is important for us to practice on not being attached to material things too much. It is especially important at the time of departure to our spiritual homeland. When the time has come, we all will get rid of our physical body and go back to our spiritual homeland. When we change our form from a physical body into a spirit, we cannot bring any material things. All we can bring back are wisdoms that we have learned from our experiences. And our memories and love from our loved ones.

If we tightly cling on certain material things such as houses, cars, and cash, the deep attachment to things can pull our spirit down, making too heavy to float back to the Universe.

Let’s practice for being lightly equipped in a daily life basis, by trying not to have deep attachment to material things that much. The forms will break in the course of time. But all the wisdoms will stay with us in our soul.

Essential words 10/1/2016

When I was a first grader, my teacher taught us a useful technique in the class. I still clearly remember that. She said there were two essential words that we have to use frequently to establish a harmonious human relationship.

The two words were Thank you and Sorry. In Japanese, 「ありがとう」。「ごめんね」。

I think this teaching was pretty common in Japan, taught by many elders to younger children at school and home. I love this teaching.

However, in our daily life, we tend to forget saying these words, especially to our loved ones; our spouses, children, and parents. It is because we tend to take everything for granted. It would make the energy uplifted when we say “thank you for cooking” “thank you for supporting us”.

This teaching can be applied to not only to humans but also to every other things. We should say thank you for our good health when our body functions properly. We should say sorry to our body when we forgot to take good care of it. Same things can be said to our house, car, computer, coffee maker, land, water… Even to our family souls, angels, and ancestors, as well… To everything.

It is easy for everybody to say Thank you, but not easy for some people to say Sorry.

I’ve encountered many business owners or directors who stubbornly avoid saying “sorry”.  Somebody told me they don’t apologize because they don’t want to take it as their fault. But I believe it is not a win or lose. When it comes to building a good relationship with customers in the business, we want to establish a win-win situation. Apologizing for inconvenience to a customer can bring a winning situation, because the customer would feel comfortable for the business owner’s kind consideration.

I believe, these two words function as lubricating oil to prevent any possible causes. Let’s use this helpful words frequently. I believe these two words have great power to make our environment much better than we think.

Ability to read energy 9/30/2016

We all were born with the abilities to read external aspects such as energy, air, and atmosphere. Babies are good examples. They don’t understand any spoken language but they do understand what other people are trying to communicate by reading external aspects.

Before I moved to America, I was lucky enough to visit many different foreign countries. I visited Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, China, America, Mexico, Germany, and England. I am originally outgoing and friendly so that I never felt scared of meeting and talking to the local people in foreign countries. I did pretty well on communicating with people in foreign countries. Since my favorite country was America, I had visited America more than 20 times when I was single. Before I moved to America, I never concerned about living in America. I had thought I could communicate and mingle well with the local people.

However, visiting and living are totally different. It was not easy for me to live in America at all. It is so hard for me to adjust myself to a different culture and way of thinking. I feel the difficulty even now, after living here for eight years.

My first year in America was terrible. I could not understand or mingle with local people at all. Naturally, I started avoiding seeing anybody as much as I could. I had agoraphobia and social phobia very badly. I used to go to the grocery store at 6 am because there were hardly nobody in the store. And I used to pay through a self-checkout so that I didn’t need to talk with a casher.

It is this year 2016 when I finally have started coming out to the public. I am still in a rehabilitation process. I still feel scared of the local people from time to time.

However, living in a foreign country has provided me with great opportunities to read external aspects. In these 8 years, I have developed the abilities to observe other people’s energy. Just like new born babies do. I have been covering my understanding ability by reading other people’s face expressions, voice tones, and body languages.

Insects are messengers from spirit world 9/29/2016

Have you ever seen a butterfly frying around you out of season? I was told that Spirits can send insects to their loved one as their messengers. I believe most Japanese people are told the same way as I was.

I have two experiences to share with you.

The first experience is a message to my father. My family used to go see my paternal ancestors in the graveyard twice a year; spring and autumnal equinox day. The graveyard was in my dad’s hometown, where is located at three hours drives away from our current house.

Every time when we gathered up in front of the grave, one butterfly would come to my dad and rested at his shoulder. There were some days we had a snow or a rain, but regardless of the weather, almost all the time, one butterfly would come and hung around with my dad. I was not only one witness. My mom and my brother witnessed it. Sometimes, my dad’s bother and his family witnessed it. To me, it was a simple message from my dad’s ancestors that they love my dad.

The second experience is a message to my brother and me. When I was 11 years old, my grandfather had hospitalized for some months for sickness. My mom had gone to the hospital every day to take care of her dad, so my brother and I used to stay at home alone. One evening, my brother and I found a big spider (approx. 8 inch; 20 cm) at the wall of staircase. We didn’t feel scared of it. On the next morning, my mom told me my grandfather passed away. So, the spider came to my brother and me to let us know of his departure in advance.

As far as my personal experiences, insects are sent to us to convey a message, but the message tends to be a pretty simple. Something like “you are loved” or “we are watching over you”. I believe this simple message can be very powerful when you need some type of confirmation.

Biting question 9/28/2016

Today my husband casually asked me one question. “So, when are you going to make money from your small business?”

This was really tough, biting question for me. I could not answer it.

I instantly felt anger to my husband. But deep inside, I knew I was angry at myself. I have not made any money so far from my small business.

Why?

Because I haven’t advertised my services well. And deep inside, I still feel scared of coming out to the public. I am still hiding myself in the closet, in my comfort zone.

One of my friend shared her story with me. When she started her own business, she spent her first several months by offering her services to many people for free of charge. During that time her husband never asked her the biting question. She said she appreciate her husband for not asking the question or not pushing her for her business. I heard this story long time ago, but I still remember that.

Interestingly enough, today I had my 5th business counseling with my business mentor. He had worked as a web designer. With his knowledge, he offered me many feasible advice on advertising myself and my services to public. Lots of great information and technique. I appreciate his support in marketing, where I am not strong at. But to be honest, I feel overwhelmed by the idea on showing myself in public.

I established my small business because I have passions to help people, but when it comes to marketing, advertising myself, I know I am not good at it.

I know everything happens for reasons. I appreciate for my husband and my mentor to encourage me to go forward. I need to work on myself to overcome my weakness and fear….

True nature 9/27/2016

I believe our true nature will be revealed at the most stressful situation.

On January 17th 1995, I experienced the big earthquake, Great Hanshin Earthquake in Kobe, Japan.

I would like to share my friend’s experience. At the time of the earthquake, he was living alone. His apartment was about 25 mile (40 km) away from his parents. The first thing that everybody thinks at the disaster is about their family, so was he. He wanted to go back to his family’s house. He didn’t have a car, and he knew none of the public transportations were available. All he could go back to his parents’ house was to walk.

The entire city was out of electricity, gas, and water. He needed to buy some water and food for his long walk, so he stopped by the closest store.

It was a small convenience store. There were around 20 people in the store. My friend first observed the other customers. He was surprised at what he saw. Even in such panicky situation, all the customers stayed being polite, never pushed each other; nothing like the scenery we watch in the panic movies. The cash register was not working. Anybody could steal whatever they wanted in such a hectic situation, but nobody did. Everybody paid for the items, leaving the appropriate amount of cash at the casher counter.

As he walked, he encountered many houses crashed and heard some people’s voice asking for help somewhere in the crashed houses. He rescued some people out from the crashed houses. It took him 10 hours to finally arrive at his parent’s house. He told me his experiences to save people’s lives would stay being his best deeds in his life.

My family and I went through the life without running water and gas line for more than one month. During that time, we had received lots of supports and encouragements from the people from other towns and cities.

Natural disaster is not a fun experience at all, but at least I appreciate that I could experience and encounter many good hearted people offering help to one another.

This earthquake taught us lots of valuable lessons. I really hope to see people helping one another at the most stressful situation in the future. But most of all, I want to be one of them helping people.

Life is mystery 9/26/2016

Before we were born, we have made many spiritual agreements. Such spiritual agreements can be seen in our biological family members, life-time friends, schools, teachers, and careers. They are our key people and key events in our life. Right before we were born to this physical world, our memories are erased for our convenience. So we don’t remember the details of our life blueprint.

This is my personal experience. I like to know the answer right away. In short, I am impatient to search out answers. In my youth years, I loved reading mystery books. But I always hoped that somebody would tell me the real criminal beforehand. So, one day, when I gave my favorite mystery books to my brother, I told him the real criminal’s name. I did so from my kindness. But my brother was so upset with me, blaming me that I took away his fun part to search out the real criminal.

Those days, I didn’t understand why my brother was upset with me, but now I do. It would be much more fun for him to read through the mystery book without knowing the real criminal beforehand.

I think this can be said about life events. Some people want to know the detailed predictions on their career, marriage, and other significant life events; when and how they will happen. But doesn’t it take away the fun parts?

If we know everything beforehand, it won’ be fun. I think that is why our guide spirits don’t tell us everything in details. They respect our free will and reserve our fun parts on solving the issues and searching out the answers.

When we finally search out the right one after long-term efforts, the success feeling and joy would be great. It won’t be not that fun if we find the right job, and right spouse, right friend, and right house, right way, without any efforts.

Sometimes, when we get stuck on searching out the right one, it might be a good idea to step back from the situation for a while. It is not giving up, but relax and observe. Just know that we will eventually meet the right one at the right timing. It’s going to be great when we finally find the right one after our efforts and struggling. And most of the time, the right one and the right timing come unexpectedly from unexpected directions.

So, let’s enjoy the searching process. For any kinds of searching; job hunting, spouse hunting, friend hunting, and house hunting, we will be guided to the right one at the right timing. Life is mystery. It is designed to enjoy the searching process.

Be true to ourselves 9/25/2016

I believe many people are enjoying the energy shift since September 22nd 2016. I personally feel it by skin.

Since the vibration has been uplifted, many energy sensitive people will experience detoxification processes in a various ways. For body cleanse purposes, some people might feel extremely sleepy, while others might experience itchy rash without any specific causes. Or some people might go through puking. For emotion cleanse purpose, some people might experience extreme anger or sadness, resulting in crying with shedding lots of tears.

Please don’t worry. All of them are just fine. Let it be. Let it go. At this moment, we don’t need to find out the exact causes. Please know that you are blessed with such detoxifications to adjust our mind, body, and spirit to higher vibration.

The most important message of today is that we cannot lie to ourselves anymore. Lying to ourselves and hiding our true desire are the old energy and heavier vibration. They don’t match to the current higher vibration level any more.

Our true desire and true self are stored in our Tanden (Japanese term, the energy center). I believe this is the place where our energy center is located, and also this place is connected to the Universe. The line from Tanden to our Throat should be straight. When this line is well aligned, we can manifest our desire very easily.

If we keep on saying something that does not match to our true desire, the line of Throat and Tanden are distorted, and that will interfere on manifesting our hopes and desires. And these are not available anymore, because the truth will be revealed sooner than we think. With higher vibration, we will be forced to be true to ourselves. We cannot lie to ourselves anymore.

So, let’s really talk to our inner self. Let’s realize our true desire and hope. Think about them and talk about them with somebody whom we can trust. I think it is time for us to know what we really want to do, and manifest it in the material world.

Everything is possible. Just a thought away. Because, everything starts from our thoughts.

Great virtues 9/24/2016

In my last article, I mentioned about the unsolved issue between my mom and me. To make it fair, in this article, I would like to share about great virtues about my mom.

My mom is very generous person. My mom loves to give away. Whenever she goes to trip, she would buy a whole bunch of souvenirs. And after she comes back, she would give them away to her family, relatives, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. She constantly has many boxes of gift chocolates and cookies at home, and she would give it to anybody who has visited her house. She often says it is her hobby to give a gift to make people happy.

My mom is also very virtuous person. For some reasons, she often ends up taking care of the sick persons and seeing them off at the last moment. I think her life mission on this life is to see people off, for their journey back to their spirit hometown.

As far as I know, she was there at their last moment for my dad’s mom, my mom’s dad, our dog, my mom’s sister, and my dad’s sister. My mom took care of them at the hospital for their last several months, taking care of their bathroom needs, wiping them off, feeding them, or changing their diapers.

When people get very sick, they tend to forget appreciating for the care taker. When I was very small, I witnessed one of them said mean things to my mom. My mom never got mad at them back. She said it was understandable for them to be mean because they were suffering from pain. She never stopped taking care of them until the last moment.

I still remember what she told me. She said, right before people die, their body would be surrounded by a golden light and their last word is always Thank you.

Even our dog conveyed the message telepathically to my mom. My dog passed away when my mom was holding him in her arms. Right before his soul left his body, our dog shed tears in his eyes, and telepathically said Thank you to my mom.

I wanted to share this story, because this story pretty much tells how my mom has lived her life. My mom has received many Thank You from many people. These many Thank You energy has been protecting my mom. I don’t have any doubts that my mom has been well protected by both living humans and passed away souls.
