Spiritual age 2/16/2016

When we see people, we tend to see them through physical age. And that is pretty normal. However, we have to always remember that physical age and spiritual age are not the same.

There are two examples that I can share with.

The first example is about kids at the school bus stop. At the school bus stop, there are 10-12 different aged kids, starting from a kindergartener to a 7th grader. I naturally guess or wish that a 7th grader, older kid, will let smaller kids ride the bus first; but in reality, it is opposite. Some 7th graders always want to get in the bus first. They even push off smaller kids waiting right in front of the bus door, and get in the bus first. On the other hand, a kindergartener says “it is okay and they can go first”, gently smiling.

The second example is about the class where different aged group people joined. When I arrived at the class, my regular seat was taken, so I sat down another empty seat. Later on, an old woman, who is in her 70s, came late and claimed that was her seat. Her voice was loud, kind of yelling. Technically, any seats were not pre-assigned so that anybody could take any seat that was vacant.

You see from these two examples that we tend to expect higher morals and thoughtful actions from physically older people. But in reality, it doesn’t work like that, because we all have different maturity in spiritual age. These people have older physical bodies and older in appearance; however, their true self which is inside of the body, their souls are still pretty immature.

When we were in our spiritual hometown, our family souls are almost similar in spiritual age. Therefore, as long as we stay in our spiritual hometown, we won’t be able to experience something unusual or unexpected. On the other hand, in the planet Earth, there are huge gap in spiritual age so that we constantly experience something unusual or unexpected. All in all, we kind of have to enjoy this diversity, because only through diversity, we can experience and we can learn from the experiences.

Alternative healing methods 2/15/2016

I went to a Wellness Clinic where they offer variety of alternative healing methods for free of charge to public. As far as I remember, there were Hand reading, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Sound healing, Reiki healing, Shamanic healing, and Intuitive reading.  I chose to receive an intuitive reading session on that day.

When the intuitive reader approached to me, I instantly liked her very much. She had big and warm energy surrounded by her. Her energy embraced me, even before she actually shook hands with me. She channeled her guide angels and my guide spirits, and conveyed the messages to me. It was very powerful messages and confirmations. I shed lots of tears as a cleansing process, and I felt much lighter after her reading session.

To me, alternative healing methods work well to remind who I truly am.

Right after we were born, we all remembered who we were. We all remembered that everybody had unique and special gifts. However, as we experience material life styles getting influences from parents, siblings, and teachers, we gradually lose our identifications on who we truly are. Some of us gradually lose confidence in ourselves.

In my theory, western medicine treats humans just like machines. Whenever some parts do not work well, they focus on the malfunction parts themselves and try to fix the cause with using certain external chemicals (medicines), or replace the broken parts. On the other hand, alternative healing methods work on our core part; who we truly are. Our core parts cannot be broken no matter what. When we work on reminding on who we are and regaining our confidence in ourselves, we are able to fix any issues.

Importance of Self-defense 2/14/2016

I went to the second class of Self Defense class. The first class was done mostly sitting in a chair, studying about philosophy in order to avoid being a victim. On the second class, students went out to the studio, paring with a partner. Unfortunately the number of the students was odd number, and I was the unlucky person who did not have a partner.

During other students were practicing with their partners, I stood alone in the middle of the studio, watching other students. I didn’t like the situation. I hated not being able to practice. From time to time, the instructor came up to me and let me practice with him for several seconds. He said he needed to walk around to check how the students were doing. Later on, the instructor told me to move each pair on each exercise, so that they didn’t need to deal with practicing with three people for long. I thought, “what about me? I still have to deal with a group of three all the time. It is not fair”. When I went to each pair to join on each exercise, following the instructor’s instruction, everybody was obviously reluctant on having me in their pair. When I approached to them, some students simply ignored my existence and kept on practicing by themselves, while others acknowledged me but still took their time practicing by themselves. I felt sad;  at the same time, mad. Why do I have to deal with this, even though I paid for the class? I came to the class to learn the self-defense technique, not to be treated as black sheep.

On that night, I accidentally yelled at my husband and daughter. There were not particular reasons why I got mad at them. The true reason for my anger obviously came from the class. I apologized to my family for taking my stress out on them. I needed to face with the true cause that made me upset, directly, by myself.

Several days later, I went to see the director of the class. She was thoughtful enough to offer me the refund the remainder of the class fee, and I got released from the cause of stress.

All in all, this Self Defense class taught me the importance of self-defense. In the first day, the instructor taught us to scream “Fire” instead of “Help” in the emergency. If we scream “Help”, the chances to receive help from strangers are scarce, because most people out there are reluctant to get involved in any kinds of trouble. Whenever we need somebody to help us, we need to take a proper action to get their attention to us.

Do it yourself – heal yourself 2/13/2016

Before I moved to America, one of my friends told me the difference of medical fee between Japan and America. In Japan, medical fee is not as expensive as that of America. She had lived in America for some years and experienced the expensive medical fee. From her experiences, she recommended me to study and learn self-healing methods as much as I could, so that I could possibly reduce the frequency on going to see a doctor in America.

This is how I learned Reiki healing and Homeopathic remedies. Before I learned these two healing methods, whenever I had some pain such as headache or toothache, I would casually take aspirin pills. Since I learned these two healing methods, I haven’t taken any aspirin pills at all. To me, it is a big difference and that helps my body to stay away from medicines (unnecessary chemicals for my body).

So far, I have only two healing methods, but I want to learn more and more. After I move to a new area, the first thing I will do is to go to a massage therapy school and learn lots of human anatomy, energy line, pressure points, even human psychology toward sickness. I want to become a home doctor for my family and friends so that they can at least receive some alternative healing methods whenever they need, before they go see a doctor, or with doctor’s treatments.

Memory of Grandfather 2/12/2016

I often think about my maternal grandfather. He was my only grandparent whom I interacted with. The other three grandparents were already gone even before I was born or passed away when I was very small.

Even now, I clearly remember what my grandfather told me when I was very small.

My grandfather knew a lot about numerology and used to teach it to people, as a hobby. He could also read horoscope charts and palm lines. He used to tell me that each number has a different energy. Based on my birthday, time, year, and my palm lines, he read about my energy and my life blueprint.

He mentioned that I would travel around the world. I would have two different life platforms in this life; the former life would be in Japan, and the latter life would be foreign country, possibly America. The turning point would be around the age of 40. On the latter life, I would be a teacher to many people. He was right on his reading.

Also, my grandfather gave me my name meaning three wisdom. And my name fits to my current situation.

My grandfather passed away when I was 11 years old. His soul visited me in my dream and told me he would leave the physical body soon. It was one to two weeks prior to his death. On his funeral day, I could clearly see him in spirit. He was observing his family and friends. He told me he was satisfied with his last life with lots of precious experiences. He asked me to be happy for him, instead of crying. So, I put a smile on my face and told people what he said. Then I was scolded really badly, especially from my mother.

I still miss my grandfather. But at the same time, I know he checks on me from time to time, from his spiritual homeland. Whenever I feel his existence, I put a smile on my face, because I know he likes watching me smiling.

Selecting the best option 2/11/2016

We keep on selecting one option out of many different options, every day, every second. Selecting the best option relates to trusting our gut feelings, aka, intuitions.

When I was a high school student, I belonged to a volleyball club.  I was a receiver. It was important for me not to think, but simply trust my gut feeling and let my body follow the gut feeling. When an attacker jumped, my body instantly moved to a certain direction with a certain form, and waited for the ball to land on my lower arms. It was all about reflexes. Now that I thought of my younger days’ experiences, I had good practices on trusting my gut feelings. I had built good muscle on trusting my gut feelings.

However, when I became an adult, I forgot about my good practice. I often suffered from being with wrong people in wrong places, simply because I could not turn down people’s invitations. Even though my gut feeling negatively reacted, I thought turning down somebody’s invitation was rude. So I went there and spent uncomfortable time.

Nowadays I try to follow my gut feeling’s negative reaction whenever somebody asks me. An interesting synchronicity occurred. When I was talking with my friend later that day, she mentioned she decided to stop going to a certain class because of her negative gut reaction to the class.

Every event has a meaning. Our similar experiences occurred simultaneously. That means many people have started trusting our gut feelings and making the best selection for us.

The time on our life (on the planet Earth) is limited; actually, very short. It is time for us to save our precious time by making the best selection for us, every second.

Messengers 2/10/2016

In my earlier post, I wrote about a rattle snake. I am not a snake lover, but I do respect snakes. It comes from Japanese traditional way of thinking.

When I was a small child, many Japanese elders told me that a snake is sent as a messenger from God or spirits. That is why we don’t chase them away when we run into them. I’ve seen many different typed, colored, and sized snakes in physical world as well as dream world. Every time I saw a snake, I would ask the snake what they wanted to tell me.

So, before I went to sleep on that night, I asked my family souls to show me the message the snake had for me. The rattle snake came into my dream. She told me she wanted to warn me about one man. My husband and I recently met one man who offered his help for our job opportunity. He looked kind and nice, but both my husband and I felt something weird in our gut feeling toward this man. We trusted our gut feeling and we didn’t give him any of our personal information. The rattle snake told me that was a smart decision for us not to trust him right away.

I believe not only snakes but also every other creatures can be messengers. It might be helpful to be alert for any kinds of opportunities to listen to those unexpected figured messengers.

Natural Reaction 2/9/2016

Recently, specifically it was December 1st 2015, I found a big rattle snake in my garage. My husband was away from home, so he called the police. A police woman arrived at my house right away. She went up to the snake, introduced herself, talked to the snake that she would catch it and take it to the mountain and release it. The snake was listening to her. Then, she caught the snake without any trouble, put it in a big bucket, and locked with a lid. It seemed like the snake allowed the police woman to catch it. Everything was done smoothly, just like a flow of sophisticated classical music. The police woman was calm and the snake was calm as well.

The police woman accompanied two guys in orange jump suits as her helpers. One of the guys said he hated snakes. He went up to the bucket where the snake was in, opened the lid slightly, and told the snake some mean things such as “what an ugly creature you are. I hate you”. With that, the snake got aggressive, started rattling inside the bucket, and tried to spit its poison to the guy.

The police woman quickly approached the snake and chased the guy away. The police woman started talking to the snake some nice things in a very calm and loving voice such as “hey sweetie, calm down. You are so beautiful and gentle. I promise you that I am not going to hurt you. I will take you back to the mountain where you originally belong. There, you can peacefully sleep during the winter”. With that, the snake got back to calm down again.

It was pretty interesting scenery to observe. This incident taught me a precious lesson. Humans, animals, insects, reptiles; all the creatures can read energy, and we naturally react to a certain energy. If somebody comes to us with a hate feeling, we react to it and naturally put a mean look on our face to protect us in a fighting attitude. On the contrast, if somebody comes to us with a loving feeling, we react to it and naturally put a smile on our face in a friendly attitude. If we want to be treated nicely, we can start from our side. We can start emitting positive and loving energy, and the environment will react to it and we can get a nice reflection.

Graduation from the area 2/8/2016

This year 2016 is my 8th year to live in America, and I have stayed at the same area for these 8 years. My first friend on this area is a Honduras woman. She is 19 years younger than I am. It is a huge gap in physical age, but from the perspective of spirits, the person’s spiritual age matters, rather than physical age. Before I make my friends, I see through their eyes in order to find out their spiritual age. When I met her for the first time, I instantly noticed that she is an old age in spirituality. She is quiet, patient, and kind to people, and I really like her humble attitude to people.

In this 8 years, we had shared lots of precious experiences. When I got pregnant, she arranged a baby shower for me and my baby-to-be-born. She introduced me to her close friends. Whenever I got hurt mentally, I would visit her and chart with her. She was like a grandmother to me. She would listen to me carefully, never cutting me off during I was talking. Then, after I finished talking, she would give me encouragements or appropriate advice. She is also an immigrant from a foreign country so that she had gone through tough days in communicating in English as well as prejudices as a minority. That is why she exactly knew how I felt those days.

In these recent years, her husband had started talking about moving to another state. I thought it would never happen, because simply it never happened for them to move.

However, the movement happened all of a sudden.

One day, all of a sudden, her husband decided to move, and took necessary actions right away, and moved to another state. They moved even before they rented or bought a house there.

Right before she moved, I went to see her and we hugged each other at the last moment. We could not stop our tears falling down, lots of lots of tears. We cried and cried, because we both somewhat sensed that this would be truly the last for us to see each other on this life. We both felt something had finished. When I was hugging her, shedding tears, my family souls whispered to me “graduation ceremony from this land”.

I think she came into my life as a guardian angelic figure to support me so that I could fit myself in this land, America. I probably had helped her in some way, too. Then, when our timing matched; I am ready to move to another land, and she is ready for her new adventure at her new land, our farewell happened.

When you think back your life, you also will notice a guardian angelic person came into your life, and after you had achieved something, the person naturally disappeared from you. I think this is how we support and interfere with one another. Isn’t is miraculous and wonderful? Let’s enjoy and cherish every new encounter in our life, because no exactly same situation will come back to us again.
