Our weather is getting back to normal. We have a nice and warm sunny day.

I tagged along with my husband and daughter to the gym. We stayed there for 2 hours and had a good work out.

As for the document delivery delay, the post office offered me the refund procedure for the legal document that I sent to Japan.

Recently my husband and daughter have been enjoying their new routine that is going to the gym. Meanwhile, I enjoyed studying the professional homeopathy course at home. In the early afternoon, I went to the grocery store. We still have the cold temperature even during the day time. even inside the grocery store, all of the workers and customers were in a heavy winter jacket. Since I love the cold weather, I am enjoying this low temperature.  

My conscious was back to my physical body around 6:30 a.m., but when I tried to get out from bed, I felt my head being heavy. Then I noticed the dull headache. I could not leave from bed. I stayed in bed suffering from the headache. I also noticed dull pain in the back of the eyes. And I had runny nose. These symptoms tell me the pollen allergy season has come to our area. When I finally could get out from bed, I went to go for a walk. Breathing the outside fresh air helped me to breath normally. I gave myself a biofeedback session and focused on the allergic reactions. By the afternoon, I started feeling better.

Our day started feeling very cold, which is very rare in our area. After noon, it started  snowing. We had enough snow to cover the entire area, so that my daughter stayed in the backyard enjoying with the snow.

In the afternoon I had the dental cleaning appointment. I asked my husband to take me there. I could have driven there by myself, but I admit my aging that I cannot see clearly in the snowy weather. I appreciate my husband for his kind support always.

As always, I didn’t have any cavity. My hygienist asked me to floss every night instead of fully depending on only the water floss. She mentioned my gum seems to be weaker than before. I guess it is due to the heavy stress that I have been suffering from the inheritance division issue. I started flossing in the night. I feel my gum liking it.

According to the weather forecast, the cold front is about to hit our area tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Last night we went to the DIY store and purchased some protection blankets for plants from frosting temperature. This morning my daughter and I put the protection blanket on our backyard garden plants.

The first thing I did was to check the status of the legal documents. I was delighted to see the status was updated. It was already in Japan. It arrived at Osaka as of 6 p.m. of yesterday. Today they cleared the custom procedure and transferred the documents from Osaka to Kobe. Amazingly they delivered it to my attorney’s office within the same day. Unfortunately though, when it was delivered to the office, it seemed nobody was there in the office to accept and sign for the delivery, so that the post office brought it back to the post office and will attempt to deliver tomorrow. It took more days than it supposed to be, but I am glad it is almost there.

January 5^th of the last year, we had snow in our area, which is rare. Today of this year we had a little bit chilly day, but not that bad. The outside temperature must have dropped down during the night. when I went to the backyard garden, the leaves of our winter vegetables have been shrunk down. They are still okay though, because we will have a nice and warm temperature during the daytime.

Back on December 27^th, I sent out the legal documents to my attorney in Japan with the most expensive method through post office. It cost me $77.55 for sending just a 15-pages documents. Their promised delivery date was set on January 4^th. However, as of last night, it still stayed in Chicago airport. I submitted an inquiry for the update. Also, I sent a good prayer so that the documents will be taken care of and processed. Since the Chicago airport is the hub airport, they sent out the urgent documents via the hub airport. It is just a nuisance for me as they should send them out via Los Angeles, which is the quickest and shortest route to get to Japan.

My husband and daughter went to the gym again. Meanwhile I stayed behind at home and studied the professional homeopathy course. Recently I have been in a good pace for studying the homeopath course.

In the afternoon my husband took my daughter to the gym. He said there were many children accompanied with their dads. The children were all working on their exercise. My daughter too had some work out. Meanwhile I stayed behind at home and had the ion foot bath. It was my second foot bath. Yesterday the water color changed into dark black, and today it changed to bright reddish brown. Same as yesterday, after the foot bath, I felt energized. I was easily moving around.

In the evening, I noticed one new message to my podcast. I don’t recognize the name, but the person mentioned she/he look forward to my new episode. I replied back with the appreciation and I will create a new episode as soon as possible. After I sent the message, I remembered the reason why I cannot post any new episode to the podcast anymore. They changed the recoding app sometime last year. With a new app, I cannot use the same BGM. The new app was very tough to use. Even with the help from my daughter, I had a tough time on recording. And that was why I stopped uploading my new episode in my podcast. But I do miss sharing my story through podcast.

In this morning’s dream, I saw I was with other people. I felt these people were my team working for me, We were collecting the picture books scarred around everywhere in the room. We trusted each other and worked hard in order to accomplish our ideal goal. I felt this is the messages for the inheritance division case. The main message is to trust my team and work hard together with them.

In the early afternoon, a water module was delivered. This was the issue that I had from the ion foot bath manufacture. I purchased their ion foot bath in last November, and I found the water module cable was not connected from the beginning. After exchange the email back and forth with the manufacture in December, they finally sent me a  replacement part. So, it was the very first trial of the ion foot bath. After 40 minutes soaked my foot, the water color was changed to dark brown with the steel smell. After the foot bath, I felt energized. Based on the water color analysis, I detoxed yeast and undigested protein. I am glad I can finally enjoy the ion foot bath at home.

In the evening around 4 p.m., I received a bulk alert message from the county sheriff. It warns us to shelter in urgently. It said something dangerous has been occurring so that they want us all to stay inside somewhere safe. The alert message showed the location in danger was our neighbor, just around the corner. I asked my neighbor fried if she knows anything. She called me and told me in details on what was going on. It was happening in her apartment complex. It was about one of the tenants who is an old man. He lives alone. He has lots of medical issues so he takes lots of medications. He has known as his alcohol issue. While a nurse was visiting him as the routine checkup, the man went crazy and shot the gun. The neighbor called the police and the police man rushed into his room. The old man grabbed the nurse as his hostage with holding a gun in his hand. Luckily nobody got hurt from this incident, but the nurse was mentally hurt. It was shocking to all of us.
