Back pain 5/21/2023

I woke up with sharp pain in my back. Without knowing I injured my back, I guess. I felt a bumpy area around my lower spine. The pain was too sharp that I could not walk normally. I took some homeopathy remedies and did the exercise for stretching the spine in the lower back. I hope I will get better soon, as I want to do my best on the homeopathy course’s final test on the upcoming Friday.

Kinesiology beginner’s seminar 5/20/2023

I woke up early in the morning at 3:20 a.m. to attend Kinesiology beginner’s seminar started at 4 a.m. the instructor was one of the fellow students of Palmist group. She instructed us on how to ask the answer on our muscle. We put one arm held out straight to the side, parallel to the floor, and place two fingers on the wrist of the out stretched arm and add some strength. The logic is that if the answer is yes, the outstretched arm will stay here and if the answer is no, the outstretched arm will lose strength and fall down. I was not good at the muscle test at all.

Tiger-lily’s departure 5/19/2023

I woke up comfortably without any muscle pain from yesterday’s stair challenge. I am glad that my muscle has been trained well.

In the afternoon, we received a phone call from my mom-in-law. She informed us that one of her dogs, named Tiger-Lily passed away last night. She was a Pitbull dog that my late dad-in-law and mom-in-law purchased sometime in 2005. She had been a powerful leader among the dog pack that they used to have. She departed peacefully while she was sleeping. She was a nice god. I hope she is now happily running around in the spiritual realm.

1000-stair challenge (2) 5/18/2023

My family and I went to Bisbee and tried a 1000-stair challenge as our second trial. We didn’t get lost this time. We could climb up stairs easier than before. When we were done on our stair challenge and came back to the starting point at eh coffee store, there was a huge mirror to show our entire body. I loved to look at my thighs and calves with muscle.
