In the late morning, I received an email reply regarding my laptop repair from the biofeedback dealer president. It was a pretty long email with full of anger and hostile feelings. I know it was part of my fault to make him feel like that. I should have smartly selected the right wordings not to make him mad like this. I learned the precious lessons from this experience.
