I talked with the female technician of the biofeedback dealer over the phone, and asked her support to become a peacemaker between the president and myself.
I conveyed my honest feelings and wishes to her that I want to continuously have a peaceful business relationship with this company for many more years. I feel sorry to make the president feel offended by my wrong wordings. She said she knows how to become a peacemaker and I can trust her for her doing a great job on this. I felt so relieved and happy to have her in-between the president and me. I appreciate her support.
