It was my eleventh day to study CE for insurance agency. Today I learned anti money laundering for insurance.
It seemed that the female technician successfully talked with her boss, the president of the dealer company. I received an email from the president to gave me 4 options regarding my laptop repair. Even though none of the 4 options were not preferable for me, I decided to choose one option and make peace with the president. I really hope my laptop will be repaired quickly.
Everything happens for reasons. I felt uncomfortable by going through this experience, but I learned the importance lessons to communicate with people peacefully by listening to them with patience and compromising the better option for both parties.
