My family and I went for Bowling. It was a nice and walm day and our hands were not numbed as last time. Our scores were not bad as last time.

We stopped by at the horse corral to make a next appointment of the horseback riding tour. there were some horses peacefully eating hay here and there, but we didn’t see any humans in the area. Maybe they already left for the horseback tour with customers. Even though we didn’t see any humans, I enjoyed watching the horses there.

In the night my husband received a phone call from his mother. It was the announcement that one of her sisters passed away. She had been sick for the past one year. She passed away during her sleep peacefully. I hope she is now at peace and safe place.

I woke up feeling sick with some symptoms of a cold. I seldom have a sore throat, but this morning I had it. When I drank some water, I felt pain in my throat.

In the morning my family and I went for Bowling. It was a very cold day and our hands were numb from the coldness even we were indoor. Every time when we threw the ball, it changed the direction regardless of our intention and our scores were not good as usual.

After I came back home, I still felt being sick. After I finished my regular routine of a jogging on the treadmill and a heating session in the home sauna, I took a long comfortable walm bath. Then I had a homemade medicine tea with grated daikon radish and Ume-Sho. Bancha. I was planning to take a nap, but by the time I finished the medicine tea, I started feeling refreshed and my sore throat was completely gone. I am thankful for the sore throat; the symptom, so that I could take care of my body properly. It was final detox of this year.

In the night at 8 p.m., I attended the gathering of the insurance agent group. There were some group members who privately contacted me and told me that they were happy to see me again. I truly appreciate them for their kind words.  

In the early morning I went to the grocery stores. I had a long shopping list so I needed to stop by three different stores. Luckily, I left my house much earlier than usual, so that everything including the roads and the stores were nice and peaceful.

In the middle of this year, we had a hectic economy. The gas price was raised to $5, and the prices of all the foods and items were also raised due to the unusual inflation rate. Now it seems to be calming down. The gas price around my area is back to around $3.20. the prices of foods and items are slightly back to the previous ones. One of the exceptions is eggs. They are constantly out of stock in my local grocery stores and the prices stay higher than before. All in all, I still think this year of 2022 was one of the good years for everybody.

In the morning at 9:30 a.m., I had a private Q& A session with the insurance company workers. He clearly answered all my questions and concerns. I appreciate him for his kindness and helpful information. I appreciate my family spirits to have answered my requests. I now feel comfortable to have a great resource in the future whenever I need some supports in terms of the insurance sales.

I contacted with my homeopathy friend and made an appointment for the next homeopathy counseling. I look forward to talking with her again. Also, I am looking forward to having a session with her SCIO equipment.

I appreciate that I have gotten to know her through the homeopathy course. With her support, I finally know how to purchase the homeopathy remedies made in Japan and transfer them to my house in America. My daughter and I have taken the prescribed homeopathy remedies for more than one month. We both can feel the powerful energy from the Japanese remedies. I am feeling that my body is surely in the process to heal.

Last night I set my alarm at 00:30 a.m. that I was planning to join the online Reiki gathering starting at 1 a.m. But when I went into bed, I felt extremely tired. I decided to respect my psychical body and give up attending this gathering this time.

In the afternoon, I did a guided Yoga nidra session. It was one of the therapy classes that I have been taking. This was my second time to do this yoga session. I loved the moment that I completely yelled my body and mind to my homeopathy teacher and followed her guidance. She guided us to switch our attention to each of our body part one by one. I felt each of my body thankfully received the light (energy) shower and regained the positive energy and power. I would definitely do this session repeatedly. I am loving it.

Today I cooked turkey that was given to us as one of the Christmas gifts. This time I cooked it with orange and lemon skins. It turned out pretty good. I received some nice messages from my Japanese friends wishing us for a merry Christmas. We have only one more week left for this year. This year has been a good year for my family and me.

It was a peaceful and quiet day. I could finish watching some lecture videos for the family homeopath courses.

My husband shared his dream with me. He told me that a beautiful green snake visited him in his dream. It came as a message of good luck in finance and health. Recently he talked with one of the directors of another department. It was like an internal job meeting and it went well. Once they have an opening, my husband will be able to shift to the new department, which he is eager to learn more about the job. Maybe the green snake was the messenger about his new job position. I pray for him for his highest good as always. As long as he is happy, we are happy for him.  

I woke up at 3:20 a.m. and attended the online palmistry group lesson. Today our teacher shared his personal path to the spirituality. I thought this synchronicity interesting that my Reiki teacher recently shared his personal path to the spirituality.    

After the group lesson, the teacher divided the group into three small groups to chat with other members. At the first small group chat, they talked about food. I didn’t enjoy joining this conversation that much because of my personal reason. I have been in the process of reducing my food intake amount for years. The main reason is to recover my diabetes condition, and the second but not the least reason is to increase my spiritual awareness and ability.

At the second small group chat though, I fully enjoyed the conversation. There were 5 group members in this group. The two members were the main speakers who shared their knowledge. They shared one of the traditional Japanese/Chinese fortune telling methods. It is called Eki-Uranai. Our Japanese ancestors used to check the following year’s fortune by using 6 coins. This was very new information to me. the method is simple enough that I can easily follow. So, after the group chat, I did the Eki-Uranai. The result of my following year of 2023 is 19.地沢臨（ちたくりん）、上爻. The message was what I really wanted to hear. The message encouraged me to start something I love and it will be successful. I didn’t need to ponder about what I want to do. I love talking about spirits and conveying messages from spirits. I decided to take one step forward to lead a group to enhance our spiritual awareness. My first trial class will be held on January 14^th 2023. I ask my family spirits to support me so that I will attract only the people who are spiritually connected with me and that we will have a great time together sharing our spiritual gifts and knowledge during the group event.

In the late morning my family and I went for bowling. I noticed this was the very first bowling for us in this month. The days of this month had gone by so quickly than ever.

My family and I went to the theater and watched the movie Avatar: The Way of Water (2022). I don’t remember when was my last time that I watched movie at the theater. Maybe it was more than 10 years ago. I don’t like being surrounded by many people and so, I avoid going to the public places as much I can. This time though I changed my mind and decided to go to the theater, because I really wanted to watch this movie. Some people told me that this movie was created by Arcturus people, which I was told that my soul is originated from Arcturus.  

Even though this movie is one of the big titles and it has been released only 5 days ago, the theater was almost empty. When we enter the theater room, there were only one elderly couple sitting at the last row seats. We were the second audience. Then two families and one male customer came in. They were all quiet and in a good manner that nobody bothered or ruined the movie at all. I enjoyed the movie in the theater. I was happy that I could enjoy being with my family.
