Today we had a teacher-parent conference over the phone. The teacher told all the good things about my daughter. The great news was that my daughter has already met all the requirements to promote to the next grade. The school plans to have upcoming two tests. One is the state test and the other is the benchmark test. My daughter won’t need to worry about the tests, because she will proceed to the next grade regardless of the test scores.

Here is the update of my annuity purchase procedure.

March 9^th, I signed all the application form and applied.

March 11^th, the insurance company approved my application form.

March 24^th, the contract packet was delivered by FedEx.

March 30^th, I sent out the signed agreement to the insurance company.

The process has been taking much longer than I thought.

I woke up and saw the gray sky. We had rain last night. The great thing was though, when we went outside for a morning walk, I was greeted by a compete rainbow in front of us. My daughter and I quickly sent some morning prayers to the rainbow. As soon as we were done, the rainbow completely disappeared. I believe the rainbow appeared only to us for a special purpose this morning I woke up and saw the gray sky. We had rain last night. As soon as we were done, the rainbow completely disappeared. I believe the rainbow appeared only to us for a special purpose this morning as a gift from our family spirits.

I woke up feeling energized for some reasons. Without knowing by myself, I was singing a song of Japanese pop music. It is an encouragement song; Doka~n by Magokoro Brothers (真心ブラザーズのどかーん). This song is an old song released on 1990. I completely forgot about their song for many years. This song truly cheered me up. It is a great song. I thought this was how my family spirits were encouraging me about tonight’s short speech. I thought it was a nice gift from them.  

In the night at 6 p.m. I attended the regular Japanese financial seminar. After the main speaker was done her lecture, my turn of a short talk came in. I talked about my Navajo family especially about how I met my dad-in-law and my husband. I was nervous but at the same time I felt my family spirits’ existence right next to me. I appreciate the team leader for providing me this speech opportunity.  

This morning I had a dream of a big fire. I was in my parent’s house and found a fire started inside the house. I told my family to get out from the house. After we all safely escaped from the house, the fire’s burning speed accelerated and burned everything out. I felt so relieved and happy about the event. Then I woke up feeling happy for some reasons.

According to the dream interpretation dictionary, this dream is a good one showing the dreamer is now full of energy after got rid of old traumatic feelings.  

At night, my insurance agents’ team leader asked me if I could offer a 3-minute presentation on next Monday. Even though it was a last minute request, I replied a positive response back to her without any hesitations. I thought of my late dad-in-law. Maybe he is the one to provide me this speech opportunity. I am planning to talk about my experience about how I met my Navajo family.

My husband and daughter wanted to eat out. Since I really don’t like eating out, I had them go without me. They had lunch at their favorite steak restaurant. They enjoyed the food and the workers were nice there. I am glad they came back happily. I am happy to see them being happy.

As for me I stayed home and enjoyed alone time on studying the insurance agent exam.

It was a busy day. All of my family including me had a medical appointment. It started from my daughter’s orthodontist, my husband’s vision exam followed, and finally my dental cleaning came at last.

My daughter’s orthodontist was planning to start braces on the bottom teeth, but after his quick checkup, he changed his mind. He said he wants to way another 10 weeks to proceed the next procedure. As for my husband’s eye vision exam, the doctor announced my husband that his eye vision got improved. So, his new eye glasses prescription was weaker than the current one. We were all surprised at this great news, even though he works as an information technology technician and stare at the computer screen all day at work. It was amazing. I wonder how he could do it. As for my dental checkup, the dentist announced a good news too, that I didn’t have any cavity.

By the time we came back home, we were all exhausted. I am glad that all the three appointments are done.

Several days ago I purchased some produces online. It was from a Japanese farmer who live in east side of America. It was a pretty expensive shopping for me for vegetables. They have to charge the shipping fee which is pretty expensive to me. Still, I really wanted to try their organic vegetables, especially their Japanese vegetables that I cannot purchase in my area.

This morning the package was delivered. There were 11 different vegetables nicely packed in a very small package. All their vegetables are small and fit with high vibration. My family and I will enjoy their vegetables for some days from today. I wish I can find a farmer in my area so that I can purchase their safe produce often.

Around noon, the maintenance person came to our house and switched from heater to cooler. This maintenance man is a young and polite man, and we always like to have him for the switching service. He is always quick on his job, but for some reasons it took him much longer than usual today. One time I heard I heard a thud around the entrance area, but I didn’t pay too much attention about it. I heard two of my neighbors kept on asking the maintenance man if he was okay or not. I also heard his repeated replies saying he was okay. I thought he dropped some tools or something from the roof.

After the maintenance man left, our neighbors came to us and told us what happened. The maintenance man fell from the ladder and hit his butt on the asphalted driveway. But maybe he was embarrassed, he quickly stood up and got back to his work. I saw the maintenance man walking around the house in a normal speed and had a small conversation with me before he left. He walked to his truck normally and drove away. I felt sorry for his accident, but at the same time I was thankful that he didn’t get injured badly.
