It was my tenth day to study CE for insurance agency. Today I learned income taxation of life insurance, insurance focused anti-money laundering programs.

I talked with the female technician of the biofeedback dealer over the phone, and asked her support to become a peacemaker between the president and myself.

I conveyed my honest feelings and wishes to her that I want to continuously have a peaceful business relationship with this company for many more years. I feel sorry to make the president feel offended by my wrong wordings. She said she knows how to become a peacemaker and I can trust her for her doing a great job on this. I felt so relieved and happy to have her in-between the president and me. I appreciate her support.

It was my ninth day to study CE for insurance agency. Today I learned long term care.

In the late morning, I received an email reply regarding my laptop repair from the biofeedback dealer president. It was a pretty long email with full of anger and hostile feelings. I know it was part of my fault to make him feel like that. I should have smartly selected the right wordings not to make him mad like this. I learned the precious lessons from this experience.

It was my eighth day to study CE for insurance agency. Today I learned advanced variable annuities, Medicaid for medical expenses and long term.

I talked with my daughter’s homeroom teacher via zoom. My daughter was way behind of the school schedule due to our recent trip to Japan. I know she will be able to catch up with the schedule nicely by the end of the school semester.

It was my seventh day to study CE for insurance agency. Today I learned recommending annuities under than NAIC nest interest standard.

For dinner, I cooked karaage, Japanese fried chicken, per my daughter’s request. It was one of my late mom‘s  favorite dishes and she put karaage in our bento box often. I remember her recipe to soak the chicken for some hours in refrigerator. It turned out great and we all enjoyed the dish.

It was my sixth day to study CE for insurance agency. Today I learned about fixed annuity.

At 10 p.m. in the night, I attended the spiritual course. There was one question that I wanted to ask to the teacher, but I thought I should wait for another person to ask. It happened naturally. During their gathering after the class, one attendee asked the question. I didn’t like the teacher’s answer that was rude to my Reiki teacher.

It was my fifth day for the CE study. I learned about the phycology of insurance sales.

In the evening, our internet service was stopped. It took them for 5.5 hours to fix the issue.

I started taking care of the butter squash that we harvested from last fall. There are more than 30 squashes on our dinner table. I need to slice them and let them dry in the oven, so that I can keep it in the freezer for the future use.

It was my fourth day of studying CE. Today I learned about Medicare.

In the morning at 9 a.m., I had a telephone conference with the biofeedback device dealer people. With the young female technician’s support, it was confirmed that the president/repair service man of the biofeedback devise dealer mistakenly used the wrong electric adapter for my laptop and sent the wrong one to me. We have talked almost one hour, but the president didn’t settle in the best solution that I have been requested for.  

I know everything will turn out good in the end, but going through the process is tough and I need to keep having a faith and trust.

I woke up 7 a.m. I think I finally got over jet lag. As usual, it took me one week to get over from jet lag.

It was my third day to study about insurance agency CE. Today I learned about advanced variable Annuity.

In the evening I talked with my maternal cousin over the phone. I didn’t tell him of our visit in Japan this time and didn’t see him in Japan. I thought I should not see him in Japan so that I don’t put him in any possible uncomfortable situation. He reminds me of my late mom in both good way and bad way. You know what I mean by saying that, right?

I am still suffering from jet lag. I woke up naturally without the alarm sound at 7 a.m., but staying in bed was nice and warm that I stayed there for a while. Then I fell asleep back. The next time I woke up was 10:00 a.m. I want to get back to the normal routine by starting the day from 7 a.m. from tomorrow.

I continued studying the CE study for the insurance agency license. Today I learned about ethics in doing insurance business.

I had a dream that my laptop for biofeedback broke down again.

In the morning at 9 a.m., I had a monthly maintenance appointment with the technician of the biofeedback device dealer. The technician worked for almost 3 hours and told me everything went well. At the last moment, in order for her to confirm my laptop was fine, she repeated the restart the computer three times. On her last trial of the third time, my laptop didn’t restart and showed the black screen and froze, and never started up again anymore. Unfortunately, my dream came true. We decided to discuss with this topic via telephone conference with 4 people including the female technician, the president of the dealer company, my husband, and myself on this coming Thursday.

I started studying the study material of the CEs for the insurance agent license. Today’s material was about the traps for elderly people tend to fall.
