We woke up at 5 a.m. my husband and my dad-in-law went to the store to rent a generator and an auger, a drilling device. While waiting for them to come back, I prepared breakfast and dinner for everybody. My daughter studied on the computer for her homeschooling’s assignments.

My husband and my dad-in-law came back with the rented generator and the augur around 9 a.m. My dad-in-law hired one man as a helper. With the helper, we six people started working on the foundation for our new shed. We drilled 16 holes on the ground with using an auger. Four holes for four corner of our Homesite fence poles, and twelve holes for foundation poles for a shed. We mixed the ingredients for cement, put cement in the hole, and out three skinny poles in each cement hole to make it secure. We all enjoyed working with dirt for nine hours.

We noticed one pine tree growing on our Homesite. It was slightly shorter than my daughter’s height. I thought my mom-in-law planted for us as a surprise gift. But my mom-in-law didn’t plant it. She thought I planted it. When we came here last month, there was no pine tree. I checked my Homesite picture that I took one month ago. This pine tree was not here one month ago. We all agreed this pine tree was a surprise gift from spirits. In fact, there were two pine trees on our Homesite. It is amazing. I love their surprise gifts.

My family and I drove 8 hours back to Navajoland.

I am thankful that we were able to drive safely. I appreciate my family spirits for protecting us all the time. I want to keep being thankful for their support, instead of taking their constant support for granted. Thank you so much to my family spirits.

I attended my third Mantra class.

The instructor checked if we already have memorized Sanskrit alphabet. Since I already memorized it, I did well. Tonight’s class was great. I didn’t feel nervous. I could simply enjoy learning Sanskrit alphabet and Mantra.

I attended my fifth Awareness Basic class. Tonight six students attended the class.

At the guided meditation, we were guided to a place our soul are fascinated. I found myself being at a field somewhere in Mexico. I was an Aztec young male warrior. My skin was tanned and my body was well-built. I was with other tribal members. They included a variety of age group of young children to elders, both male and female. We were in the cerebration. We were dancing together. Then, we were surrounded by lots of light balls. They were spirits and fairies; pure and innocent energies, who joined to our fun cerebration.  

Then we proceeded to the place where I met my guide spirit. My guide spirit appeared in bright light. I could not see the appearance, but I felt it was a male energy. He gave me a purple zabuton (Japanese style of cushion). I asked him the meaning of this light gift. He told me I can use this zabuton for meditation. Since my current house doesn’t have a tatami room where we can sit on the floor, I always meditate sitting on a chair. I thought my guide spirit wants me to meditate with sitting cross legged on the floor.

Tonight’s question was what I should do to enhance my spiritual awareness. My guide spirit told me to meditate, to have high quality sleep, to relax, to laugh a lot, to play a lot, to exercise a lot, and to fully enjoy my daily life. The most important thing for me at this moment is to enjoy this moment with a physical body.

We proceeded to the textbook study. We studied about the history of spirituality. The important people who contributed to spread the spirituality. Imhotep as an Egyptian architect and priest practiced medicine. Hippocrates as the Father of Modern Medicine, Asclepius as Greco-Roman god of medicine, and Harry James Edwards as a spiritual healer who contributed to spread spirituality in England.

Practices of psychometry.  

(1) The instructor showed us one male picture and had us to read his aura. I felt him being a musician in Ireland. The correct information was he lives in Hungary and he was a teacher of a violin. For this one, I did kind of okay, as I read the energy of Europe and being a musician.

(2) The instructor showed us one stone and had us to read where she got this stone. I felt she bought it somewhere in the street in China. The correct information was she bought it in Myanmar.

(3) The instructor showed us one male picture and had us to read his aura. I felt him as a worker in a factory in a cold area. The correct answer was that he was the instructor’s dad. He worked for a company in a cold area.  

I attended my third Trance class. We had 7 students attended.

The guided meditation guided our conscious to travel to the Universe. There, I saw a vision. When seeing the planet Earth from the Universe, I saw the center of Earth was shining. The light was bright and spreading from the core part to outer area. The outer area of the Earth looked still dim, but the light coming from the core was so bright that it was enough to cleanse the entire Earth. Even it looked having tough time in outside and appearance, I felt nothing but positive feeling. We all are heading to a better place in vibration.

(Gift) My guide spirit gave me a mask of lion. Then my guide spirit conveyed a message of the gift. On this life I have a gentle female face, but there will be some situations that my guide spirit wants me to stand up and speak up. In such situations, I can use this mask to show myself bigger and stronger. In this life, I have a female gentle face. He wants to me to wear this mask to cover my gentle and timid face.

(Question) Is there any obstacles for me to become a good trance medium?

My guide spirit told me I need to get rid of my old habit that I have accumulated some habits being timid in my childhood. It is just a habit that my parents created in me in this life time. The timid personality does not belong to me. I am originally brave and majestic. I am a natural leader. My guide spirit told me I will remember and regain true myself.

à When I shared this message in the class, the instructor commented that I might have used the lion mask in one of my past lives. He seldom commented to me, so I was happy about his comment.

Tonight’s practice of inspirational speech was to talk about “Universe and our mind.”

My family spirits conveyed the messages like this.

Our minds reflects Universe like a mirror. We all think and wish through our mind. Even spirts constantly think and create some new ideas. However, spirits cannot make the ideas happen in the reality. Only humans who have physical body can make it happen. Spirits constantly send their ideas to humans, and we humans receive the ideas. We speak them out, share them with our families and friends, then we make them happen in the Earth. Thus, we humans are responsible for make things happen. And it is how our minds reflects Universe. When we download new ideas from spirits, we make them happen, and our actions are constantly making Universe expand and evolve.

We practiced trance talk about secret spiritual teachings that only limited number of people have.

My family spirits told me like this.

It is not the right time for all of humans to receive the secret teachings yet, as some people cannot accept the teachings. However, there are great hope that will happen soon in the near future. There are many souls who were born in this Earth this life time. They still remember the secret teachings. Not all of them work as a great spiritual leader. They are humble people living their daily life normally. They share the secret teachings with their family and friends in their daily life. That is how the secret teachings are being spread. The spirits are warmly watching over humans with great hope.

It was a peaceful Sunday. I had my private time to study Mantra. I finally memorized Sanskrit alphabet.

Back in 2016, I met one woman at the local library. Since she is Japanese, the local library director thought we would be good friends so that she introduced us. At that time my daughter was 6 years old. The Japanese woman had a son who was one year younger than my daughter. While we adults were chatting, our children played together for a while at the park. For these past couple of months, I kept on receiving a text message from one woman. I didn’t find anything in common with her except for our nationality. I didn’t think we would see each other often. Even though we exchanged our phone number, we hadn’t kept in touch.

However for these past couple of months, she started contacting me through texts. First she wanted to have a get together with our children at the park. I told her it would not happen because my daughter likes to play with female friends of her age or older. She then replied back to me she still wanted to see me in person without our children. She asked me if I was available on weekends to meet her at the park.

For some reasons my gut felt uncomfortable when I thought of our get together with her. I didn’t reply back to her for a while.

Today she sent me several texts. She sent a long message with some URL links and some files. When I saw the messages, I instantly noticed my gut feeling was right.

She wanted me to join her religious group. She started off all the negative prediction regarding Japan and Japanese people, and continued the remarks of what the religious group leader is requesting people to do.

I see and hear predictions from my family spirits. They all convey messages nothing but positive predictions and encouragements. I want to keep the faith with my family spirits that we all are heading to build a better world together. I don’t want to waste my precious time on anything does not resonate with my soul.

Today’s dream: I was with my female friend. Since I didn’t recognize her, maybe she is one of my family spirits or my future friend whom I haven’t met yet. We were at the bakery store to buy a birthday cake for our common friend. At the payment, I took put my red wallet and paid for the cake. Then I woke up.

According to the dream interpretation dictionary, a red wallet means the dreamer has been blessed with good luck in monetary fortune. It also means the dreamer will have been blessed with good luck in human relationship. It also can mean good luck in health.

Today’s dream: I was studying Sanskrit language and their mantra. Then I woke up.

These days I study Sanskrit and their mantra every day, so my dream simply reflects my daily routine of the physical realm.

For the past four days, I have attended the events presented by Hay House. A Four-Day Challenge to Discover Your Unique Spiritual Gifts with James Van Praagh.

I like James because he is always cheerful with full of happy energy around him.

One of his meditations guided me to communicate with one of my past away loved ones. Followed by his guidance, I felt one female figure close to me. I instantly knew it was my late mom. Her energy was calm. She was happy for me that I have accomplished my daily routine to meditate. She wished she had had such a quiet time regularly in her daily life while she was in the physical realm. She sent me a feeling that she is proud of me and supporting me on this spiritual journey.

The other meditation, James guided us to a party venue in a luxurious hotel room. There are many round party tables in the room. I intuitively knew which table was for me. When I arrived at my table, I was welcomed by my family spirits who were already seated. They told me to practice as many as I can. They are happy that I have made my mind to proceed my way to walk on the spiritual journey. Every time on the practices in the classes and I got their messages rightly, they were happy and clapping hands for me to cheer me up.  

Since my green card will be expired in less than 3 months, I did the renewal process online. It was an easy process and I paid $540 for the renewal fee.

Today’s dream: I was a young Native American man. One little girl came up to me and told me that lots of star people love me and are supporting me. I was wearing a white pow wow dancer’s costume. I was well-built and looked very strong. I was stepping into a stage where a huge audience was welcoming me with welcomed with great enthusiasm.

Today’s meditation: I did the guided meditation created by James Van Praagh. He named the mediation as “Self Love Remembering Who You Are.” It was a 23-minute meditation. I like this short length. He guides us to our childhood days; around 5-6 years old. And the younger-days-we will go to a park. We visualize the park in details.

His guidance is easy to follow even though he speaks fast. I could easily visualize the park near our house. My brother and I often went there and played. The park had only one slide, but other than that, there was just a huge space for kids to run around. The ground was covered by clovers. Whenever I fell down while I was running, the ground was soft and comfortable. I loved to play with my brother. He is just a 13-month away from me. We grew up like a twin brother and sister. Every day was filled with fun things as I was always with my brother. We played baseball, dodge ball, badminton, soccer, and volleyball. I loved to running around. My body was light. I was easily moving around. Not only my physical body but also my soul was very light, and flexible, and pure. Nothing was heavy for me.

The meditation guide asked me to find out the differences between “me-of-the-childhood” and “the current-me.” I thought they are pretty similar. Before I married in my adulthood days, I started limiting myself into “an impossible box.” That had made me getting heavy in my soul. However, after I married to my husband, moved to America, and had our daughter, my soul has started getting lighter. I think the best contributor for my positive change is definitely my daughter. Her pure and happy energy has reminded me of who-I-truly-am, and I am loving my current life.

In the morning I called my bank three times about the SWIFT code. I talked with the different three bank operator, but nobody could provide me with the SWIFT code information. The three of them provided me with the ABA number instead.

I did some more internet research and finally found the useful information. My bank uses the intermediate bank in NY. The money will be sent to the intermediate bank in NY, then my bank’s headquarter in TX, and then will forwarded the recipient’s individual bank account.

I emailed the accountant about this information.

About 1 p.m., the accountant emailed me that money was just sent.

As for my mom’s inheritance division, I gave up my lawful right of 25% and compromised to receive only 1.8%. I feel sad to know my dad’s true face regarding this procedure. Compared with my mom who was generous and thoughtful, my dad acted completely opposite from my mom.

After my mom passed away, I fully understand how supportive my mom had been for my family; my dad, my brother, and me. Without her, my Japanese family does not function as a happy family anymore.
