Communicating with my body cells 9/30/2019

Back on September 11th, I watched some YouTube videos on how to block electromagnetic waves. In their suggested other videos on the side of the screen, I happened to find one Japanese man offering a 34-day health recovering program. I decided to join his program and registered to it.

Since then, I have been enjoying reading his daily email.

His program talks about body cells. Each human being has 60 trillion body cells.

In his previous daily email, he suggested to talk to our body cells. I thought it a good idea. So, I have included talking to my body cells into my daily routine.

***

Today I received the 17th email of his program.

He believes that each body cell has its memory and that we can communicate with each one of them.

In today’s program, he gave the participants a small assignment. It was to write about our own opinion on “how to utilize our body cells’ memories”.

I thought about it.

To me, my body cells’ memories were shown clearly when I was small.

I spent my childhood with perfectly good health. I still clearly remember I could move around my body easily and freely as I wished. I felt my body as light as a feather. I liked my body a lot. I never got sick. I never stayed in bed for all day. As a consequence, I never took a sick leave for 9 years while I was in the elementary school and the junior high school.

***

Now fast-forwarded to my adulthood.

At the age of 44, I got pregnant with our second baby. On the first diagnosis day of the pregnancy, the doctor found a diabetic symptom from my blood test result. My diabetic condition had already proceeded to real bad at that time. The doctor soon prescribed an insulin injection from that day. My second baby could not grow. The baby spirit left from my body at the 11th week’s pregnancy. Since then, I have been still fighting with the diabetes for 5 years. I get sick from time to time. I need to spend all day in bed.

***

While writing this, I recognized my body cells are still keeping their original memories.

Regardless of my high age, I naturally got pregnant. It is a solid evidence that my body cells are still healthy, isn’t it?

***

As a reply to his assignment, which was to write my opinion about “how to utilize our body cells’ memories”, my answer is to “listen to my body cells”.

***

When I intensely listened to them, I heard their advice. It was to reset my body cells’ function by fasting.

I don’t want to dive into a hard-core fasting. I want to take a baby step one by one, by listening to my body cells.

Wooden bowls 9/29/2019

The other day I traded-in the old child car seat to Walmart. They generously gave me a $30 store gift card.

I wanted to buy some items from my wish-list with using the gift card.

My current wish list contains two items; an earthing mat and three wooden bowls.

Walmart did not carry an earthing mat, but they had wooden bowls. They were just the right size that I had been wanting. It is a perfect size for a main dish.

The price was just perfect too. It was $10 each. I happily bought the three bowls.

Now that our old child car seat changed into our new kitchen tools that we will use it in almost every meal.

It was a nice exchange. I am very happy about it. Thank you Walmart.

Security system 9/28/2019

My husband shared a story of his cousin.

His cousin lives on the Navajo reservation. Recently he went to the closest store by car and bought some snack. When he went back to his car, there were three teenagers hanging around his car.

The boys told the cousin to give them a ride to town. They said that, not nicely but in an intimidating way.

The cousin was not planning to go to town at that time. He replied to them he could not. The teenager boys started showing their attitude and trying to force the cousin to give them a ride. The boys called the cousin “old man.”

The cousin is just 37 years old. He is not an old man at all. The cousin needed to teach the boys a small lesson. I am not going to write down in details of what he actually did to teach them.

Luckily, the cousin was physically built up and able to protect himself. I am glad he was safe. But what about other local people such as elders or women who are not strong as him?

***

When I heard this story, I felt uncomfortable. It was not in the middle of the night. It happened in the day time. And it happened in the local store where the local people regularly use.

According to my in-laws, the crime rate in their area has been getting higher recently. Mainly the crimes were done by teenagers or gang members.

Some families needed to install a burglar bar in all the glass windows and a security camera to protect them and their belongings.

***

Now that our homesite is officially approved, we can move there anytime on our preferable timing. However, when we had a meeting with the broker for building a new house, they strongly suggested us to install a burglar bar in all the windows along with a security system. Their suggestions made us ponder to build a house there.

I feel sad about the facts that the holy land is not safe area anymore.

Always pay attention to your intuition 9/27/2019

This morning I left my house at 5:30 a.m. for the grocery store as one of my regular routines.

On the way to the grocery store, there was the straight streets with two lanes in each direction.

In the same direction as mine, there were two other cars. They were driving very closely to each other. I didn’t want to get involved in any troubles from them, so that I changed to the other lane to keep distance from them. I was driving carefully within the speed limit.

My intuition was right.

The car driving behind lit up. It was a hidden police car. The car driving ahead got caught by the hidden police.

On the next moment, the car who was driving in the opposite direction also lit up. It was another hidden police car. The police car quickly made a U-turn and parked right behind the first police car.

***

I could not believe what I just witnessed.

The car who just got caught had two police cars behind him.

Remember, it was early in the morning of 5:30 am. The street was quiet. Not many cars were driving. As a matter of fact, in one directional lanes, there were only three cars including me. In the opposite direction lanes, there were only one car driving. Among the four cars, two cars were police cars trying to catch somebody for speeding.

***

It was an unusual scenery in the early morning. I am glad I was driving with the speed limit and did not get caught.

I shared this story with my husband. Maybe my family spirits let me witness to give me a warning. We have to keep being alert and driving carefully. And, it is always good to listen to your intuition.

Overall skirt 9/26/2019

I woke up with the rain sound in the morning. Today was different from the previous two days. By the time my daughter left for the school, the sun came out. I went for a morning walk and came back covered by sweats from the strong sun shine. I am glad it gets back to normal.

***

Today I worked on one of my projects. It was to make an overall skirt for me.

It was much easier than I thought. I could finish sewing it within one day. When I bought my sewing machine in 2014, it took me several days to finish sewing my project. Now I can make much faster and better than those days. It is thanks to lots of practices.

I went for my evening walk with my brand new overall skirt. I am happy for my new outfit.

Lots of rain 9/25/2019

For two mornings straight, I woke up from the heavy rain sound. I thought the rain would stop by noon, but it continued raining all day long, even through the night.

Our area is normally blessed with strong and bright sunshine on the majority days of the year. I normally don’t need to turn any room lights on during the daytime. But today I needed to do so. Not only in our house but also in the entire area was dark covered with the heavy clouds.

***

Rain reminded me of my days in Japan.

I started utilizing the public transportations such as buses, trains, and subways since I became a high school student. I could have chosen my high school to the closest one from my house. If I had chosen the one, I could have go to the high school by 10 minutes’ walk. Instead of choosing the easiest option, I chose the difficult option. I chose my high school located at the farthest area from my house. In order to attend the high school, I needed to take three different public transportations including a bus, a train, and a subway, and it took me 1.5 hour in one way.

I chose my university at the far area too. It also took my 3 hours to just go back and forth from the university all the weekday.

I used to hate taking the public transportations, especially on rainy days. It was a very, very discussing experience. The trains on rainy days tended to be late so that the inside of trains tended to be jammed. Everybody’s wet umbrella touched other people’s clothes. The air in the train was dull and smelled badly. Under the uncomfortable environment, people tended to get irritated and treated mean to each other.

Those days I never imagined of my current living environment. I never thought of living in sunny area in America.

***

I am thankful to today’s rain because it reminded me of my old days. Compared with my younger days, I am in the preferable environment right now. I gave me a reason why I am thankful to my current environment.

Please don’t get me wrong. I am not writing this just to brag about my preferable environment.

What I really want to covey is that your desire will be manifested eventually if you keep having it in your mind.

During my days in Japan, I always hated to living in a jammed environment. I wanted to live in a relaxed environment where people live with a comfortable distance to each other. Now my desire was manifested.

Every thought counts. Every hope counts. If you keep having it in your mind, one of these days, it will be manifested naturally.

Flash flood watch 9/24/2019

I woke up with the heavy rain sound. It has been raining hard since last evening.

After lunch, I received a mass notification call from the school. It announced about the flash flood watch and that all the schools of our county decided to release students early.

I simultaneously received an email notice from the school too. It said the school bus drivers are instructed not to drive any flooded area. It also said “Any student that cannot be delivered to a stop of picked up will be brought back to the school for parent pickup.”

Our local bus stop gets easily flooded. Besides, our bus stop is the first stop. If the bus driver cannot stop at our bus stop, my daughter will need to ride the bus to all the way to the final stop and come back to school. I didn’t want that happen. I quickly got ready and jumped in my ride, and headed to the school. Luckily I made it arrive at school before the bus took off, so that I could pick my daughter up.

Hard work payed off 9/23/2019

In these past few months my husband has studied almost every day. He had a certificate test today.

It was a difficult certificate test, but he successfully passed it.

He reported his success to his immediate supervisor at the workplace. The supervisor was very happy for my husband and congratulated him.

***

Last night we went to the Chinese restaurant. They gave us three fortune cookies. Without thinking, I gave one to my husband and one for my daughter, and kept the last one for me.

My husband’s fortune said like this.

“Soon you will get the recognition you deserve.”

We thought it a good fortune. We thought my husband would pass the test, and we guessed it right.

For your information, my fortune said like this.

“You are inspirational.”

I guess my fortune was right too. Because I am the one who encouraged my husband to take the test. And I am always the one for my husband to keep motivated him in improving. I am indeed inspirational.

Cute stoker 9/22/2019

This morning when I went to the kitchen, my husband told me we have a stoker.

He was giggling while saying it, so I knew it was not serious.

I looked at the direction he pointed. There was a grasshopper clinging on a red rose right outside of our kitchen window. The grasshopper was intensely watching us.

The grasshopper gave us the first laugh of the day.

***

Today was a relaxing day.

My husband studied almost all day for his upcoming certificate test. My daughter drew a painting with acrylic paints on a canvas. I could finish reading three books.

Our day ended by going for our routine evening walk in the neighborhood area.

Car seat trade-in campaign 9/21/2019

The other day I happened to read the news about car seat trade-in campaign in Walmart. They will accept a used car seat and offer a $30 gift card in return. They will accept any brands’ ones. The traded-in car seats will be recycled with their partner company. The campaign date was originally set from September 16th to September 30th.

Last night I showed my husband the campaign information on their official website. I noticed they decided to make the campaign end earlier than their planned term, due to the overwhelming response. They set the last day of the campaign as today September 21st. Luckily I made it to participate in this trade-in campaign.

The other store also offered the trade-in campaign, but their deal was not good as that of Walmart. The other store offers only a coupon for 20% off a new car seat, and the coupon is valid to a very short term.

Compared with the other store, Walmart offered a great deal to people.

I appreciate Walmart to have this generous campaign to everybody.
