It was an extremely hot day. While we were heading to Tucson, the weather report said it would be 114F (45.5C). Indeed, it was extremely hot. After we ended hiking in the morning at the Arizona Sonora museum, the temperature of our car indicated the inside of the car was 122F (50C).

We went to the casino for lunch. I didn’t have much appetite so I only had some of their desert. Last time I won $78, but today I didn’t win anything. It was okay though. I had fun anyway.

I have been searching for a weekly mansion in Japan while I am visiting there. I could not find any properties so far. Three companies replied back to me. One company starts accepting a reservation 2-month prior of the arrival date, and the other two companies starts 1 month prior of the arrival date. I also contacted one of my acquaintances who is a realtor. He introduced me two properties but their conditions do not match with my expectations, so that I needed to politely turn down their offers. I know everything will go well in the end. I will keep searching for the property that is the best match for me.

In the evening at 6 p.m., I chatted with my Japanese friends via zoom regarding our upcoming Kyoto trip. I am so excited to spend one night with them together and do a sightseeing of Kyoto.

My friend just started the professional homeopath course. She was a bit overwhelmed by its whole bunch of information and class curriculum. I remember I felt the same way as she does. I know she will fully enjoy this class.

In the afternoon, I took my daughter to the local college to pick up her ceramic artworks. They were all nicely done. I am glad she had a great time there at the summer camp.

In the evening at 6 p.m., I had an online meeting with my attorney. About 10 minutes after we finished our conversation, we had an electricity outage. We went for an evening walk, there, we run into many of our neighbors standing outside of their entrance door, asking us if we had the outage or not. I felt relieved to know we were not the only one who were experiencing the electricity outage. Then we received a text message from the electric company to inform us of their expected recover time being 10 p.m. after we came back home, we placed several LED emergency lights here and there throughout the house. After the procedure, the electricity was back on. It was 2 hours quicker than their expected recover time, and I am grateful for that.

It was another extreme hot day. My daughter finally got out from bed after 9 a.m. She must have been intense for the past one week while she attended the summer camp.

In the afternoon, the sky was covered by huge dark rain clouds. I was hoping it will rain in the evening, but it didn’t.  

Recently our water melon plants have been growing a lot. Today I noticed there are several female flowers close to the ground. I will keep an eye on them every morning. I might need to hand-pollinate.

I went to the DMV to apply for the Real ID to my driver’s license. I heard the military base requires it to create or renew the military base entry ID. I asked my husband to come with me so that he can explain whatever I don’t fully understand before I sign any kinds of official documents. I felt safe to have him while I was signing the documents.

In the morning at 9:30 a.m., the property manager came to our house and had a house walk–in inspection. Because we have been taking good care of this house to keep it clean, the property manager was happy to see it. As a matter of fact, he already knew that we are doing pretty good on taking care of the house, he went ahead to renew our lease contract beforehand of the house inspection. I feel comfortable to have him as our property manager. I feel he has a good feeling about us too. I am glad that the inspection was done without any issues.

I talked with my another good fried of mine about my next trip to Japan. She was happy to spend time with me. I appreciate my friends to be willing to come to see me during my visit. We had a nice conversation to catch up with each other about our recent life.

My daughter happily completed her summer camp regarding the ceramic work. The college will fire the camper’s artworks during the weekend. I am so excited to see my daughter’s artworks sometime next week.

While my daughter is taking the summer camp, I gave myself a biofeedback session. Today’s session went smoothly and the success rate was over 80%.

In the evening, I talked with one of my Japanese friends. She was happy for me of our next trip to Japan. We decided to make one night trip together to Kyoto. I am so excited about our next get together.

My daughter said she enjoyed her summer camp. Today was the second day for her. During she is out from home, I could focus on my biofeedback session being all by myself at home.
