My family and I went to the gym this morning. Our local military post, they have 2 gyms. The spacious one and the compact one. We were told that the spacious one doesn’t have a sauna available due to the system malfunction. We were recommended to go to the compact one. so, we went to the compact one today and I tried a sauna there. The female receptionist was nice and friendly, and gave me the instruction on how to use their sauna. I was there for 30 minutes, but I didn’t sweat that much. I was not sure if I can pour some water at the heated rock area. I will ask the worker if I can add some water next time.

My new attorney updated me of the current situation. The first and the second update was about my old attorney. He still has not forwarded all the necessary documents of my case to my new attorney. He also has not taken an action to forward my petti cash to my new attorney. I hope the old attorney will take the necessary actions to take over everything to my new attorney.

The third update was regarding the status of my case that we submitted to the family court. Thankfully they have already taken one step forward. My brother’s attorney is supposed to submit the document of the power of attorney by the beginning of the next week. Then the family court will make a decision based on their reply.

In the middle of the night of last night, I woke up feeling freezing cold. The inside temperature of the house had dropped below 55F. I quickly went to turn on the central heater and went back to bed.

In the afternoon my daughter tried the ion foot bath. The water color was changed into the dark reddish brown. Same as I felt, she said she felt happy and refreshed after the ion foot bath.

We are still in the cold temperature. The weather forecast says the cold temperature will stay another one more week in our area.

In the morning, I was engaged in phone call. My daughter’s school laptop had an issue and I needed to make a phone call to their technical support. I guess lots of students were having the same issue. It took them 2 hours until they picked up my phone.

After the issue was solved, I had the ion foot bath session. It was my third session. Today the water color was changed into bright red, which reminds me of copper.

Last night at night from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., I attended the second spiritual course presented by the Japanese homeopath. Today we focused on yoga and breathing method. I was shocked how hard my body has gotten. When I was following the instructor in yoga class, I started having hull headache and nausea. But interestingly, after the yoga, I slept well. I woke up feeling relaxed and energized this morning.

Our weather is getting back to normal. We have a nice and warm sunny day.

I tagged along with my husband and daughter to the gym. We stayed there for 2 hours and had a good work out.

As for the document delivery delay, the post office offered me the refund procedure for the legal document that I sent to Japan.

Recently my husband and daughter have been enjoying their new routine that is going to the gym. Meanwhile, I enjoyed studying the professional homeopathy course at home. In the early afternoon, I went to the grocery store. We still have the cold temperature even during the day time. even inside the grocery store, all of the workers and customers were in a heavy winter jacket. Since I love the cold weather, I am enjoying this low temperature.  

My conscious was back to my physical body around 6:30 a.m., but when I tried to get out from bed, I felt my head being heavy. Then I noticed the dull headache. I could not leave from bed. I stayed in bed suffering from the headache. I also noticed dull pain in the back of the eyes. And I had runny nose. These symptoms tell me the pollen allergy season has come to our area. When I finally could get out from bed, I went to go for a walk. Breathing the outside fresh air helped me to breath normally. I gave myself a biofeedback session and focused on the allergic reactions. By the afternoon, I started feeling better.

Our day started feeling very cold, which is very rare in our area. After noon, it started  snowing. We had enough snow to cover the entire area, so that my daughter stayed in the backyard enjoying with the snow.

In the afternoon I had the dental cleaning appointment. I asked my husband to take me there. I could have driven there by myself, but I admit my aging that I cannot see clearly in the snowy weather. I appreciate my husband for his kind support always.

As always, I didn’t have any cavity. My hygienist asked me to floss every night instead of fully depending on only the water floss. She mentioned my gum seems to be weaker than before. I guess it is due to the heavy stress that I have been suffering from the inheritance division issue. I started flossing in the night. I feel my gum liking it.

According to the weather forecast, the cold front is about to hit our area tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Last night we went to the DIY store and purchased some protection blankets for plants from frosting temperature. This morning my daughter and I put the protection blanket on our backyard garden plants.
