Free of charge creates karma 12/11/2016

It took me years to understand the Universal rule: free of charge creates karma. In case you don’t like the term “karma”, you can replace the term with “unbalanced.”

When I was young, I used to love something for free of charge. Free lunch, free healing session, free advice, and free support. When I received something for free of charge, I thought of being a smart shopper because I obtained it without spending money.

In the material world, it is true. It was saving for me. In the spiritual world, however, it is not a smart thing to do. Let me explain why.

We currently live in the dual world; the material world and the spiritual world. The material world is the place we value only visible items such as cash and material items. We also live in the spiritual world simultaneously. The spiritual world is the place we value invisible things such as energy.

When I receive something for free of charge, it creates an unbalanced situation in terms of energy. I owe the person the equivalent energy. So, next time when the person asks me a favor, I feel I am obligated to do it because of the invisible unbalance energy. In order to avoid such situation, it is smart to give the person some cash, or offer something I can do in return, to make it balanced out.

When I started my business, many people expected me to give away my services for free of charge. I did so for a while. Those days, I felt uncomfortable being pulled up my energy. Also I have noticed when a person expect to receive healing or divine messages for free of charge (which is an one way and does not make a perfect circle ), they cannot fulfill the divine agreements without paying for the fee. In other words, without their willingness to trade energy, the real healing has not done.

When I started my business, many people expected me to give away my services for free of charge. I did so for a while. Those days, I felt uncomfortable being only taken. Also I have noticed when a person expect to receive healing or divine messages for free of charge (which is an only one way, and does not make a full circle), they cannot fulfill the divine agreements without paying for the fee. In other words, without their willingness to trade energy, the real healing has not done. Paying the fee equals to showing their willingness to be healed. That is why it is important to pay for whatever you receive, instead of taking it for free of charge.

So, if you are one of the sweet angelic persons who cannot say NO to other’s favors, you can gently ask to trade your energy with something that they can offer to you. Let us keep on having a good balance in our energy trade. No more energy debt on both parties.

Free from obligation feeling 12/10/2016

In this holiday season, many people spend a fun time on visiting their family and relatives. However, some people feel stressed on spending time with their family. They suffer from isolating feeling from their biological family and relatives in their childhood days, so that they move away from their parents and enjoying freedom. And so, this holiday season gets them stressed out because they feel obligated to visit their family and relative. They fear they will feel isolated among them, if they visit.

If you feel that way, please don’t feel obligated to visit your family and relatives. It is okay for you to say some excuses for not being able to visit them if you don’t feel like it.

I know some brave souls decide to reincarnate to a totally stranger group soul. In such cases, they will suffer from isolated feeling from their biological family and relatives. Most likely other family members are close. You are the only one who always feels isolated from them. You probably blamed yourself and wondered what is wrong with you for not getting along with them.

But what if I tell you that they are just volunteered souls who take you as their family member temporally only this lifetime? Does it make you feel eased? Consider them as a host family for a homestay program. Then, don’t you think they have been doing well as a stranger? You might even appreciate for them to volunteer that.

When I was 20 years old, I participated to a homestay program in Los Angeles. My host family was a Caucasian family of mom, dad, and their 2 children. I didn’t expect them anything, and they didn’t expect me anything. All of us agreed to enjoy the homestay duration (only for 3 weeks) to experience something new. Therefore, there was no specific expectation between us. We got along as a temporary family.

Same thing can be said. When we stop expecting to our biological family and relatives, we start appreciating their kindness to have us for this lifetime. When we see relationships and events, try to observe them from a new and different angle. You might find some new findings for the thing.

About author 12/9/2016

Michiko Bluehouse has a unique background. Her name Michiko is written as 三智子 in Japanese. It means three wisdom child. Michiko’s current situation fits her name. Michiko was born Japanese, married a Navajo, and is currently living in America. So, she has benefited from and accumulated three wisdoms from three different cultures.

Her maternal family is gifted in receiving messages from Spirits. She was close to her maternal grandfather and aunt; both passed away years ago. Her grandfather taught her horoscope, numerology, and palm reading. And using Michiko’s natal information (date, time, and a place of birth), he read her life’s blueprint and predicted that she would move to America and live there for the latter half of her life. Her grandfather’s prediction was right.

Her paternal lineage is gifted in study and business. Her father was a successful business owner as well as a skilled piping mechanic. Michiko worked for her father’s company for five years and achieved three national piping certificates. After mastering the knowledge and skills in the piping field, she pursued her talent in the business field. She established a Japanese branch for a German printing manufacturer and served as an office manager along with the German director.

In university and graduate school, Michiko has earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English linguistics. After eight years of working in the business field, she started a self-employed, freelance translator/interpreter service between Japanese and English and continued this business for six years.

At the age of 28, following her passion to study Native American culture, she visited The Navajo Nation in Arizona and studied about Navajo’s traditional ways and ceremonies. After studying and visiting The Navajo Nation for nine years, she married to Navajo man and moved to Arizona U.S.A. She currently lives in Arizona with her husband and their daughter.

In 2016, she established her small business Three Wisdom. In this business, she conveys the divine messages from Spirits as well as the knowledge of three different cultures: Japanese, Navajo’, and American.

In Three Wisdom logo, the yellow circle represents Japanese wisdom, the red circle represents Navajo’s wisdom, and the white circle represents Caucasian’s wisdom. The green part represents peace. This is the place where each wisdom combines, the place where acknowledging and respecting one another.

The mission of this business is to help people on their spiritual growth by sharing knowledge and techniques received from the Spirits. The three goals of this business are to help people understand: (1) who they are; (2) what their gifts are; and (3) what they can offer to others.

One “wild and crazy” goal of this business is to make a better world where everyone is nice and kind to one another and there is no crime.

Reiki healing 12/8/2016

In order for Reiki healing energy to work to a patient, the agreement between the three parties needs to be met. The three parties are The Universe, the healer, and the patient. The three parties play a role individually. The Universe as the Reiki energy source/giver, a Reiki practitioner as the conduit between the patient and the Universe, and a patient as the Reiki energy receiver. The agreement is to fulfil each role.

The Universe is always there for us. It provides us all the necessary energy and even material things. However, The Universe respects our free will and our plans that were made before we were born. Sometimes, the sickness happens for a reason. The patient might have chosen this sickness to learn some divine lesson in the process of being sick. Or, in order to completely heal from the sickness, the patient has to change something such as the thinking habit or the eating habit. In such cases, The Universe provides the divine challenges to guide the patient to learn. The healing may come in disguise. In the long run, thanks to the challenges, the patient can grow their spiritual awareness.

The Reiki practitioner plays a role of a conduit. The Reiki energy comes through the practitioner. If the practitioner has lots of ego, he/she cannot convey the pure Reiki energy. So, the Reiki practitioner needs to work on themselves to be a pure conduit. I feel the most important technique for the reiki practitioner is not to think anything; just be there for The Universe and the patent as a conduit.

The patient as the Reiki receiver needs to be open-minded. Being open to change him/her. Unless the patient is willing to accept the change, the true healing cannot be done. Most likely the advice for changing their habit comes directly to the patient through a block of thoughts.

What I want to convey to the world 12/6/2016

Ove the years I have been receiving the visions and messages from Spirits, and I have come to one conclusion. That is I came to this lifetime to contribute to make the world to a better place. That is why I decided to write about how to contribute to the world peace. In the process of preparing my book proposal, I’ve thought about what I can do to the world. How I can make my lifetime valuable and how I can live this lifetime meaningfully.

We have 7.5 billion people in the world as of December 2016. What I am doing on a daily basis is small. One of out of 7.5 billion. However, if I could be the one who completely changes somebody’s perspectives toward their life, of course to a better direction, I will be able to honor my efforts after I finish this lifetime.

As a conclusion of my first book, I would like to emphasize one message.

Achieving the world peace is not somebody’s job, but it is the job of everybody, each of us. The more people start thinking about it, the more people start taking a small effort to it, the faster and quicker it will become possible.

As we live our daily life, we encounter many challenges to pull us down. Whatever the challenge is, we need to stay focus on who we are and stay being at the peace state in our inner self.

When we see things from our true self; from our peaceful and relaxed state, we can see things clearly. On the other hand, when something external event pulls us down, we start seeing things from the state separated from our true self. When we separate from our true self, we cannot see things clearly anymore. We start blaming external events. Then we start thinking to get rid of the external bad things in order to regain peace.

However, the external events happen to challenge us to separate us from our true self. Therefore, no matter how many times we get rid of the external people/events/things that we think the cause of “evil”, unless we find our way to stay as our true self, the external events will keep on coming to us. Because the external events are in a way challenges for us.

Once each of us completely understand the importance to stay being as true self, all the external events will calm down. And I believe that is the way to contribute to the world peace.

Support others’ gifts 12/5/2016

Do you support others’ gift? Do you provide them some opportunities so that they can develop their gifts? Do you encourage them to be confident with their gifts?

The final step to contribute to the world peace is to support others’ gifts.

It is critical to go through from step 1 to step 4 before we move forward to step 5. With these previous 4 steps; knowing yourself, rediscovering your gifts, developing your gifts, and sharing your gifts, we build the solid love to ourselves and the solid trust in ourselves. Without taking good care of ourselves, we cannot support others’ gifts. Otherwise, we might end up getting jealous to others for their gifts and are reluctant to support their gifts.

Then, how we can support others’ gifts? The key to support others is to offer our support from our heart with our love.

When we observe people, it should be easy for us to find their gifts, something standing out for the person. For example, the person might be good at making people laugh. Or the person might be good at singing. Others might be good at drawing a picture, doing any kinds of exercising, organizing stuff in the house, cleaning, or memorizing numbers, etc.

So, the first step to support others’ gifts is observe them and find out their gifts. The second step is to tell them what we have found. The third step is to praise them and encourage them to keep on doing their good job on that.

This is my personal experience. When I was small, I was very good at memorizing numbers. When I heard somebody’s phone numbers, house numbers, and birthdays, the numbers would stay in my brain with the person’s face image. Then, at my elementary school days, I was intrigued with studying numerology and horoscope chart reading. My mother has contributed to raise my gift. She used to praise me about my good memory in numbers. She would often tell her friends and relatives about how good I was in memorizing numbers. Her praise definitely took a great part of supporting my gifts.

So, let’s support others’ gifts by telling them what you have found about them, and encourage them to continue doing that. Whenever we support others to rediscover their gifts, our actions contribute to the world peace.

We don’t need to do huge actions at once; instead, we can do something small at least once a day. When the small efforts accumulate, we establish a solid foundation to support and facilitate the world peace.

Share your gifts 12/4/2016

Do you share your gifts with others on a daily basis? Do you honor yourself by sharing your gifs with others?

The fourth step to contribute to the world peace is to share your gifts with others.

I believe we all prefer to give rather than receive, in deep inside, in a spiritual level. Or, I should say we feel more happiness in giving rather than in receiving.

When we are in a love relationship, our brain feels happiness when we receive something material from our love partner. When we receive a birthday gift or an anniversary gift from our spouse or partner, we feel happiness in the brain. However, when we pray or support our spouse or children from our heart without expecting anything material in return from them, we feel even happier than receiving any materials, because you feel happiness in the heart. Yes, the difference lays in feeling in the brain or in the heart. In other word, conditional or unconditional.

This can be explained with using a Japanese term. In Japan, we have a term 恋愛. This term describes the process on how we grow the stage of love. There are two stages in experiencing love.

First, we start experiencing from the first stage love, 恋 (Koi). The first stage love (Koi) is the conditional love. We fall in love with somebody who has something that we think it is missing in us. For example, in our younger days, we tend to fall in love with somebody who has our favorite typed appearance such as good looking face or slim body. In other cases, we tend to crash on somebody who is abundant with materials, aka a person from a rich family. In such cases, our brain chooses what is missing in us. Our brain tries to compensate the missing part with something external. Therefore, the first stage love comes from our brain.

Then, later on, we gradually move to the second stage love, 愛 (Ai). The second stage love (Ai) is the unconditional love. In this stage, we love somebody without thinking. We love the person just because. We love the person, not for their physical appearance or how rich they are, but for their personality and their unique characteristics. I personally believe the marriage is the best way to experience and learn the second stage love (Ai). When we live long with our spouse, we encounter different opinions or disappointment with our spouse for some reasons. However, in the process of living together, helping and supporting one another, we can grow our love stage to the unconditional love. In the long run, we start loving our spouse for their true personality.

Another great opportunity in experiencing the conditional love is in the process of raising our children. We love our children without any conditions. We don’t expect them to give us in return. We constantly pray for their good health and happiness, no matter what. That is the unconditional love. Some people discipline their unconditional love in raising their pet animals, while others in their life dream job.

Once we experience the unconditional love, we fully understand that we originally feel more happiness in giving rather than in receiving.

Same thing can be said for sharing your gifts. When we share our gifts with others without expecting anything in return, or when we do something for the person from our heart, our souls shine. And when our souls shine, the great happiness experiences will be imprinted into our souls. Making somebody happy or supporting somebody is actually what we truly desire.

So, let’s grow our love stage from the conditional love to the unconditional love, and enjoy shining our souls with much more happiness. Let’s enjoy sharing our gifts with others. That will enable us to live our life meaningfully.

Develop your gifts 12/3/2016

Are you satisfying with your gifts? Do you make any efforts to develop your gifts on a daily basis?

The third step to contribute to the world peace is to develop your gifts.

Do you know you have chosen everything that you have right now? Yes, everything. Your parents, your birth date, time, and place. Even your schools, jobs, love relationships, and friends.

Believe it or not, all the events happen to us on a daily basis will strengthen our gifts. Some of the events might not seem to be directly linked with developing your gifts, but they will in the long run. Several years later, when we think back about a certain life event, we notice everything naturally links to develop our gifts.

Let me give you my personal life example. Since I was small, I was good at mediating people’s arguments. Although I didn’t know it was one of my gifts those days, I naturally mediated between people. For example, when my mom and dad argued, I would listen carefully the reasons why they were mad at one another. Then I would convey the core reason with some positive aspects to one by one. After listening the messages from me, both of them would feel good and naturally make peace afterwards. I did similar things between classmates in school days as well.

I have noticed that people argue due to lacking in communication. I convey the messages to the both parties and my efforts facilitates a better understanding between the two parties. Thus, my mediating method is to facilitate the better communication for the better understanding.

Since 1998, I started learning about Navajo’s traditional peacemaking methods from my Navajo dad. Their methods resonate with me very well.

When I think back of my experiences in the school days and work days, I have noticed everything have been beneficial to develop my gifts. I believe one of my gifts is to convey the messages to people.

I believe it is the Universal rules that everything happens for reasons. Once we notice this Universal rules, we will start appreciating everything happens in our daily life. Because everything happens to develop our gifts.

So, let’s enjoy everything in our daily life and do our best in every moment, even for some things that we don’t love that much. Everything will be beneficial for us and all the experiences will develop our gifts in the end.

Our gifts are all unique and special to us. It worth to love it, cherish it, and grow it bigger. Let’s enjoy growing and developing our gifts.

Rediscover your gifts 12/2/2016

Do you know what is your likes and dislikes? What kind of activity that you are good at? Do you have anything that you want to do in your free time? Do you wish to share your hobby with others? Have you already rediscovered your gifts?

The second step to contribute to the world peace is to rediscover your gifts. I used the term “rediscover” because everybody already has their own unique gifts. I believe everybody was born with the memory of their gifts. Then, as we live our daily live, many people gradually forget about their gifts. Or in some cases, the environmental people and factors, such as parents, school teachers, and the society, force us to ignore our gifts.

Here are the reasons why I think rediscovering our gifts is essential for the world peace. When we completely satisfy with ourselves, we are free from jealousy. We realize we don’t need to compensate anything missing in us by stealing from somebody else. We are perfect as we are. Everything we need will be provided from our inner self. We can create everything we need.

Then, how we can rediscover our gifts?

Fortunately we can do this process by ourselves. First of all, let’s think back our child days. As I mentioned earlier, we were born with the memory of our gifts. Therefore, in our younger days, there are lots of hints about our gifts. You can ask yourself what kind of a child you were when you were small. What was your life dream? What was your dream career? What was your favorite things to do? What was your dislike things to do?

Another way is to ask your family; Parents, siblings, or relatives. Usually aunts and uncles are the best shot, because most likely they are not too close to you so that they should have watched you more objectively than your parents and grandparents. Ask them what kind of things you often engaged with? Or, you can ask your friends who used to go to the same elementary school. You can ask your school teachers who know you when you were small.

With all the information, let’s analyze the patterns and the tendencies. You will find some key words that are relates to your gifts.

Your gifts are something like your treasures. The treasures are within you, imprinted in your soul, so that nobody can steal from you. You can enjoy your gifts by sharing with others. The more you share your gifts with others, the stronger and your gifts will become. Before you share your gifts with others, you will need to develop your gifts. In the next article, I will mention about the helpful ways on how to develop your gifts.

Know yourself 12/1/2016

Do you love yourself? Do you know yourself well? Do you know your gifts? Do you know how you can serve other people?

The first step to contribute to the world peace is to love yourself. Before you save others, first of all, you need to save yourself. You probably have heard the flight attendance’s announcement in the airplane. They ask you to secure your oxygen mask on first, and then assist the other person. So, before doing anything, we first need to take good care of ourselves.

Everybody is unique and divine. There is nobody who is useless. Everybody is a unique shaped piece of a puzzle. Nobody cannot be missing in order to complete a perfect vision. If you don’t like yourself, it means you haven’t reconnected with true yourself. Once you remember who you truly are, you start loving yourself and respecting yourself. Then you won’t hurt yourself anymore. You will start taking good care of yourself.

I believe the first step to love ourselves is to know ourselves.

Knowing yourself is similar to knowing your address. You know your physical address; where you currently live. Thanks to knowing your home address, after you go somewhere such as to the school, the work place, or trip, you are able to come back home without getting lost. Same thing can be true to our mental home address.

As we live in our daily life, we encounter lots of outside events. The outside events easily move your mental location here and there. You will be away from your mental home address.

Let me give you one example. Right after you wake up, you feel refreshed and happy. You don’t have any concerns nor angers. You are at your mental home base. Then, when you get in the car to commute, you might hear the radio news announcing the horrifying shooting at the university. On next second you might tune into the sadness from the victims and their family. At the same time, you might feel anger toward the criminal who took several innocent people’s precious lives. Another example can be at the time of dealing with the coworker whom you don’t get along with. Thus, all the outside events can cause you to get lost in your mental location.

In such cases, only solution for you to regain peace within you is come back to your original mental home base. Your original mental home base is the place where you feel calm and happiness.

I personally feel it is totally fine with us to get influenced by the outside events. Through the outside events, we can experience feeling a variety of emotions. However, after we experience the different emotions, we need to come back to our original mental home base as soon as possible.

Then, how can we know about our home base? I believe our home base is located at our true self. We need to remember who we truly are. In the next article, I will mention about the helpful ways to remember who we truly are.
