Meaning of our name 2/28/2016

Before we were born, most of us had contacted our parents-to-be. And some parents-to-be who are energy sensitive can catch the visit. In my case, obviously I visited my grandfather-to-be, and he caught my life intention. My grandfather named me and it fits to my current situation along with my life purpose for this lifetime.

I would like to share the story of my daughter. My husband proposed me for a marriage in July 2007 while I was visiting Arizona. Right after I came back to Japan and went back to my routine life, the memorable event happened. I was working for a water heater company as a translator at that time.  At the lunch break, I went to the closest park and opened my lunch box. It was a beautiful sunny day.

All of a sudden, I heard the high pitched sound inside my ear. It often happens to me to change the dimension. It is a sign for sprits to talk to me. So, whenever it happens, I would stop whatever I am doing and open my heart and listen to them.

I saw (or felt, I should say) a gentle and happy energy (spirit) visiting me. The spirit sent me a block of thoughts. The spirit was so happy for me of my husband’s marriage proposal. The spirit would come to us as our daughter after I move in America with my husband. Then, the spirit showed me the Japanese name and asked me to give her the name. I quickly jotted down the name. Right after the spirit disappeared, my friend came to me and joined me the lunch, so I told her everything what I just experienced.

My husband visited me in Japan and we officially married. After the nine months for an immigrant visa procedure, I moved to America. Then, three months later, I was pregnant with my daughter. I gave her the name she asked me on her previous visit.

I see a green grass field. Among them there is one tall flower standing. The flower seems like a natural leader. It keeps on sharing its gentle but powerful energy. The flower is always smiling, being cheerful, passionate, and funny. I see my daughter like this flower. The meaning of her name matches with her energy.

So, please think about your name. You might be the one who asked your parents-to-be to give you the specific name. What does your name mean? What is the impression from your name? When you meditate, ask your family souls about your name. You might be surprised of your deep intention hidden in your name.

Follow our passion 2/27/2016

When I was in my late 20s, I often visited my boy-friend-at-that-time in Marina Del Ray, CA. He was the one who brought me to Navajoland. We visited Navajoland together three times. We broke up after our third visit to Navajoland.

After I broke up with him, I noticed a strong passion in me to visit Navajoland again. But in the past three visits, he was my interpreter and guide, and I fully depended on his help. I didn’t think I could do it by myself, without his help.

In such days, my friend really encouraged me to visit Navajoland by myself. She used to tell me “don’t think too much; just follow your passion”.

When I listened to my gut feeling, aka, passion, it kept on insisting me to visit Navajoland by myself. So, I made my mind to follow my passion.

I flew to Los Angeles with an open air plane ticket. I rented a car close to the airport, went to a store and got a road map. Since GPS was not available in those days, I needed to write down all the directions with the detailed mileages and freeway numbers. Then, I jumped in the car at 4 am in the morning, and drove all the way to Navajoland. After 12-hours’ drive, I arrived at Navajoland, where I was embraced by the land’s gentle energy. This is how my journey to Navajoland has begun.

My friend was right. Sometimes we need to stop thinking hard, but just follow our passion. Our brave action will bring a new path for us in the future.

When things don’t go as we expect 2/26/2016

We all experience certain times when things don’t go as we expect. I would like to share one of my experiences in my younger days.

When I was about graduate from the high school, I wanted to become an attorney, so I decided to go to a university where their specialty was in laws. In Japan, in order to enroll a university, we have to take an entrance exam. And, passing an entrance exam is more difficult than graduating from the university.

I took four entrance exams for the universities of laws. I studied very hard to pass the exams. I thought I did pretty well on these exams, but for some reasons, I failed all of them.

At that time, my high school teacher strongly recommended me to take one university to study English linguistics. It was simply because I always had the highest grade in English in the high school. I did not desire to study English in a university at that time, but I took his advice anyway.

I still clearly remember about the exam day for the University of English major. First, I overslept. Then, I accidently missed taking off at the right train station, ended up to walk extra 20 minutes back to the exam center. When I entered the exam center, I was extremely tired and wanted to go back home as soon as possible. I quickly jotted down my answers in the exam papers and submitted without re-checking. Then again, for some reasons, I passed the last university for English major.

Those days I was still young so that I considered this as a curse. Anyways, I graduated the university and gained my bachelor’s degree in English linguistics.

Many years have passed since then. Now I know this event happened as a blessing, but not as a curse. I was provided the opportunity to study English linguistics, and the knowledge of English linguistics is now beneficial for me to live in America. Now I know clearly the reason why I failed the other exams to become an attorney. I failed the exams because I was not supposed to be an attorney in this life.

So, when things don’t go as we expect, let’s take a deep breath, and relax. We just don’t know at that moment what is the reason why things don’t go as we expect. Eventually it might show another opportunity for us to take, and the new path might turn out a blessing in the future.

Sprits talking to us through electric devices and radios 2/25/2016

Have you ever heard that Sprits are excelled at manipulating at electric devices and radios to communicate with us? I would like to share two of my recent experiences that Spirits talking to us through manipulating electric devices and radios.

First experience occurred when my husband and I were in a car driving on an Interstate Freeway. My husband and I normally get along with pretty well, and we seldom argue. However, in this past 3 weeks, he got involved a series of troubles, and that caused us to argue badly. When we were arguing in the car, all of a sudden, my cell phone’s GPS yelled at us “Turn Right!” This GPS’s sudden instruction made us into laugher. We wondered why that happened. We were familiar with the area so that none of us set our GPS on our cell phones. When GPS yelled at us to turn right, we were going on the Interstate Freeway, and there was no exits coming closer. After we laughed very hard for a while, we noticed that Sprits did that because they wanted us to stop arguing. They wanted us to take it easy and laugh about even our tough situation. After the sudden laughter, we felt comfortable and relaxed. Our laughter geared our conversation into a positive direction.

Second experience occurred when I was thinking about separating from my husband. At this moment, I was in a car, not with my husband but with my daughter. I didn’t express my idea to my daughter out loud; I was quietly thinking about separation in my mind. All of a sudden, my daughter started singing the phrase of “We Are Family ♬ 🎶 🎵”, a song by Sister Sledge. Followed by her singing the phrase, the song came through the radio station that I was at that time listening. I started laughing very hard. I thought that was a message from Sprits saying “stop thinking about divorce. Enjoy having each other as a family.”

Whenever we think about something deeply and negatively, our spirits will send us laughers through their unique ways. Our thoughts are very important to trigger something new. We need to keep thinking positive, especially when we are going through a tough situation. When we constantly think positive, the positive thoughts bring something uplifting events.

The Power of Navajo Traditional Ceremony 2/24/2016

Nowadays I have a close friend and we visit each other almost every week. When I went to see her today, she told me something in me was significantly changed. She told me I looked being refreshed and my aura was more clear and shining than one week ago. She wanted to know what the secret was. She asked me if I had a one-week spa treatment or something. So, here is my secret.

On last weekend, I went back to Navajoland and attended a Navajo Traditional healing ceremony. I was not a patient, but I attended as a participant.

I started visiting Navajoland since December 1998. I have attended many different Navajo traditional ceremonies up until now. My very first experience attended at Navajo Traditional ceremony was March 1999.

Since it was my very first ceremony, the medicine man and his wife taught me some of the basic information about Navajo traditional ceremonies. They said that all the participants in Navajo traditional ceremonies are not just coincidently attending; they are attending for some solid reasons. Thus, no participants are supposed to just sit there, nor they cannot think about something else. Rather, they are supposed to actively participate any of ceremonial duties.

The participants gather at the ceremony. They bring some foods and drinks to share with. They share their comforts and encouragements with the patient. They shed tears with the patient. They pray for the patients from their hearts. They speak up whenever they have any good advice to share with the patient. They sing the Navajo chants together. They laugh out loud whenever a medicine man says something funny to make everybody laugh. In Navajo culture and ceremony, laughter plays an important role. Laughter has a high vibration and healing power. The medicine man and his wife said these are how the participants actively get involved into the ceremony. That is the way they help each other.

When a medicine man sings Navajo traditional songs/chants, the songs/chants open up the gateway for everybody to spiritually travel with the medicine man. I still remember some of the details during my first Navajo traditional ceremony. During the medicine man was singing the chants for the patient in Navajo language, my soul stood up with the medicine man and other participants around the patient to protect her, then our souls traveled departing from the Hogan (Navajo ceremonial place), traveled to the top of a mountain. There, we performed some ceremonial duties, and came back to Hogan.

From my experiences, this is how the patient as well as all the participants are healed, and gain some strength and wisdom. Attending the Navajo ceremony helps me to cleanse my aura and energy.

Focus on where we are 2/23/2016

There were some times that I used to offer people a psychic reading session, but currently I have stopped offering it due to some reasons.

Most of my clients were women whose age ranges were varied from their 20s to 70s. Majority of them asked me if their current boyfriend was the right one for them or not. In case they did not have a steady boyfriend, their question was exactly when they could meet their right partner.

I had a hard time to answer these questions. Every relationship has a meaning; nothing can be a mistake. I could answer “yes, the person is right for your current situation, but remember, both of you are constantly evolving. In case each one evolves faster and greater than the other, the relationship will end and both of you will eventually have somebody new to best fit to your spiritual lesson at that time.”

I don’t believe any marriages do not last happy ever after. Any relationships come with good times and bad times. Nothing can stay as the same state, because everything and everybody keeps on evolving. Right partners are not the one who bring you only happiness. If they are the right partner for us, they also bring us challenges so that both parties can learn from one another through close interactions.

We tend to admire something that we don’t currently have. When we are single, we admire to have a steady partner or married. On the other hand, when we are engaged in a relationship with a steady partner or married, we admire the state where we are free from any commitments. When we don’t have any kids, we admire to have kids. When we have kids, we admire the state where we don’t have kids and are free from any responsibilities. The grass is greener on the other side. Why don’t we stop looking at the other side, but rather, focus on where we are and what we have.

From the perspectives from Spirits, any state where we are at this moment totally fits to our current desire for our spiritual growth. That means we should enjoy every moment. Every state has strengths and weaknesses, and every event comes with a certain lesson for us to learn from. Let’s appreciate what we currently have and make the best out of our Now situation.

Being Unique 2/22/2016

Many people have described me as “unique”.  In Japanese schools, students receive a report card at the end of each semester. I did not care much about the grades themselves, but I always checked the comment from the teacher to my parents in my report cards. For 6 years in the elementary school, I had 6 different teachers, and they all wrote down the word “unique” to describe me in my report cards. I used to hate being described as “unique”. In Japanese society, somebody like me who does not fit well to the majority is described as “unique”. Japanese culture values in conformity. I think it comes from our agricultural traditions and habits. I did my best to be normal as much as I could, so that my teacher would not write down the word “unique” in my report cards. My efforts were in vain.

Many people have asked me what I am. They said I don’t look like Japanese. Many people think of me as a half breed of Asian and Native American, or something else. Even when I was living in Japan, some people told me I didn’t look like Japanese.

Now I live in America and I love being myself. Being described as “unique” does not bother me anymore. I gratefully accept being described as unique, because that is me. I am becoming something new and that is totally fine with me.

And, from the perspective from spirits, we all are pretty unique; nobody cannot be replaced by anybody else. We all are unique and precious. Let’s love ourselves and love being ourselves and enjoy being unique.

Agreements before we were born 2/21/2016

I have some issues with my biological family. After I communicated with my parents on the phone the other day, I made my mind not to visit them in Japan anymore. It was very tough decision for me. I felt lonely and sad, and I cried a lot.

After the conversation with my mom, my mother’s soul visited me in my dream. She said she understood everything and it was okay. I was supposed to cut off any kinds of nostalgic emotions toward Japan, so that I could focus on my current life in America. We all agreed like this. Everything was going just like we previously planned, before I was born. My mom’s soul gently hugged me and told me she was always proud of me.

I have one brother whom I haven’t seen nor communicated for more than 5 years. This morning his soul visited me in my dream. He told me he missed his little sister and he was always happy for me and proud of me whenever he heard about me living happily with my family in America. His soul also told me it was okay and everything was going as we previously planned.

I wanted to share my personal experiences that show the discrepancies between the situations in Physical world and in Spirit World.

We all experience disagreements or arguments with our family members, friends, and coworkers. Most likely, we tend to think the specific person is the evil one and you are a victim. However, it might be already planned previously. The specific persons might volunteer acting like a villain to us to help us to learn something important. These people might be an angel figure for us because they kindly volunteer to help our spiritual growth or awareness.

One example: If we are lacking in communication skills, somebody might come into our life to help us to realize our poor communication skills. We might get irritated to the person, because we know deep inside of ourselves that the person reflects our lacking skills like a mirror. Therefore, in order for us to resolve the relationship with them, we might have to brush up our communion skills. Once we brush up our communication skills, the person might become our best friend for the rest of our lives.

Another example: If we have a tendency to stay being yes-person to everybody, some people might show up to challenge us about our being yes-person situation. Unless we really stand up for ourselves and change our attitudes, the similar situations keep on coming to our lives via different people, in different situations. And, the challenges most likely tend to get bigger and tougher to solve.

We tend to forget some agreements before we were born, but we can at least ask ourselves if the event gives us an opportunity to grow up. If our answer is Yes, it might be based on our agreements before we were born.

Our unique special gifts 2/20/2016

Many people have asked me how I can remember my dreams. I don’t remember my dream every night, and I do sometimes have non-sensed dreams, just like everybody. But, whenever I need to ask my family souls’ advice or opinions, I simply ask them, before I go to bed, to talk to me in my dream and help me to bring back the advice or messages .

Then whenever I receive something important in my dream, my family souls usually wake me up right away, in the middle of my dream. When I wake up, the memory still vividly stays with me, so I hurry up and jot down into a note pad which I always put next to my pillow.

Another ways is that if I don’t wake up at the middle of my sleep, my family souls put the information into my palm and they close my palm. Then, they tell me to open my palm when I wake up. So, when I wake up, I check my palm. If my palm is closed, I slowly and carefully open my palm. Then, like vapors coming up from my palm, the memory of their message pop up so that I can quickly jot down into a note pad.

I believe this is a special gift provided to me for some reasons. I believe I am using my gift to share their knowledge with many people. I also believe everybody equally has their unique and special gifts. Some already recognize their special gifts and use them in their daily life, while others might be still searching their special gifts. You might want to ask your close people, like family or friends. Sometimes, we cannot see clearly because we have our special gifts in natural ways; they are so natural for us that we might miss recognizing them. In such situations, the third person’s perspective might be helpful.

Best support 2/19/2016

We come here the planet Earth to let our souls grow. Many people know we have guide spirits around us and they help us all our life. I prefer to call them as spiritual family souls, instead of guide spirits, because the individual spirits have different personalities, just like a family; one spirit has a father figure, the others have a mother figure, a grandfather figure, a grandmother figure, a sister figure, a brother figure, and a baby figure. Each spirit has different energy and personality.

When we humans are dealing with certain tough situations, each family soul helps us with their unique way. It is so painful for a mother figure spirit to keep on watching the person suffering from the pain that the mother figure spirit wants to simply give the easiest solution. On the other hand, a father figure spirit wants to believe in the person’s ability so that the spirit does not give an easy solution, rather, it lets us to think about the best solution by ourselves. A grandfather figure spirit might give the person a hint for a solution, while a grandmother figure spirit simply gives the person a feeling of comfort.

My family souls take turns to be born in the planet Earth. I took my turn being as a guide spirit for one of my other family souls who were reincarnated in the planet Earth. I was not allowed to give the person the easiest solution because that would prevent the person’s spiritual growth. It was hard for me to quietly keep on watching the person on the planet Earth. Spirits can see wider visions than humans do, so that they know if the person choose a certain direction, the person will get hurt. Even in such situations, guide spirits have to let the person go through the tough route, so that the person can learn through the experience.

Many people think of their spiritual family souls or guide spirits as super existences so that they can use their magic wands to get rid of all our tough situations. However, they don’t have rights to deprive our precious opportunities to grow our spirituality. All they can do is to keep on trusting us, motivating us, and once in a while, giving off a subtle light showing the direction toward solution. That is the way on how our spiritual family souls love us.

When I offer horoscope chart reading sessions to people, some people keep on complaining about their tough situations. I try to give them a small hint or an idea on how to come out from the tough situation, but they focus on certain things, blaming a certain person, such as spouses, parents, children, coworkers, employers, neighbors…. If they are not ready to listen, any advice cannot go through to their souls.

It is all up to us whether we want to get stuck at the same places or to learn lessons from the event and move on to a new leveled lesson.

If we keep on blaming somebody else and don’t face to the event itself, our vision gets too narrow to see a wider vision.

If we want to graduate from the current situation, we have to figure it out what the event’s real purpose, what we can learn from the event. In such situations, we have to take a deep breath, back up from the event, try to see a wider vision, and to take appropriate actions.
