I would like to write down some memo for the people who wants to start their small business. Although I am still on the beginning stage, I would like to share how I have been preparing it so far.

The very first thing I did was to write down my passion. In my small business, what do I want to offer to the world? Why? What is my business goal and mission? I created my homepage in February 2016 to cover my desire and passion. Creating my homepage was my first baby step toward my small business. Through my homepage, my passion was casted in the Universe.

Next, I have started a morning affirmation about my passion. I say anything positive to myself in the mirror every morning, so that I would be surrounded by my passion and positive energy. By doing so, I also send the energy to the Universe.

I would like to remind everyone one important Universal rule. Everything is possible. Everything starts from our thoughts.

Then, I did some research. I asked around people for any information about small business. I was very lucky. When I searched a small business class at my local area in the Internet, I found one class, which was planned on the next morning. It was already evening, but I picked up my phone and called the receptionist, and registered the class. The next morning in the class, I met 10 fellow students. Some students had already started their small business and others were in the same situation as I was, standing at the very beginning stage for establishing small business. In this class, I was naturally guided to one-on-one counseling for establishing my small business.

Up until now, I had sent an application form of Trade Name Registration Application to Arizona State to register my business name, and acquired an EIN from IRS for my business account.

Today, I created my business card and ordered the company to print them out.

I am currently working on my business plan document with the help of my two business mentors. They are full of wisdom and very cheerful. On every meeting, I got all sweat, because of full of passionate energy surrounded us. This process is so exciting, and so much fun.

I gave a birth to my small business Three Wisdom yesterday. Today, the next day of its birthday, I had a dream of a big rainbow.

In the dream, my family were standing and watching a big rainbow in front of us. I never saw such perfect rainbow in the real life. The rainbow in my dream was huge with 7 bright colors. Each 7 colors was shining. Neither one color was brighter or dimmer than other colors. All the colors were just right balanced. The both edge of the rainbow were firmly grounded to the ground, and the top part formed a gentle curve. The top part of the rainbow was raised high up in the Universe.

To me, it was definitely blessing from Spirits for my small business. I would like to stay being humble, focusing on my life mission for the rest of my life.

I am getting ready to start my small business on spirituality.

Dear my higher self, all the Angels, all the Spirits, who are related to me and connected with me,

Please support me on each step that I am taking forward.

I am abundance with your love and guides.

It is time for me to share all the wonderful encouragements and messages from the Spirits and Angels to others.

My intention is simple.

I want to touch many people’s souls to help them, encourage them, and motivate them toward their own spiritual growth.

Please help me to think holy and positively.

Please help me to speak up whenever I need.

During my family had gone through financial challenges, I had desperately wanted to know the reasons and causes. Blinded by those events, I started asking around people for their perspectives about these unhappy events.

One person told me that the cause was a female ghost who was haunting me due to her jealousy toward me. When I heard that, I instantly knew it was not true to me.

However, I truly appreciate for this person. Because, with this person’s statement, I finally could realize of my mistake. My mistake was that I asked around people about my spiritual situation. I was so blinded that I almost forgot the important truth.

Whenever I need answers, I should not ask around people; instead, I should ask myself, deep within me, where Physical-level-myself can connect and communicate with Whole-myself.

When I communicated with Whole-myself, I got a feeling that I know myself and my spirit, better than anybody else does, and that my spirit is very strong; nothing nor nobody can get me.

There are many different ways on how we perceive a certain event. I always believe our souls have different maturity levels. And it is based on the soul’s maturity levels on how to perceive a certain event. I personally believe the higher leveled souls tend to see positive aspects, whereas the lower leveled souls tend to see negative aspects. For example, higher leveled souls see the challenges as blessings for a new awareness and learning, whereas the lower leveled souls tend to see challenging events as curses and blame something else. In short, higher levels souls focus on unity, whereas lower souls focus on separation.  

Some souls are well matured and wise. Their vibrations are very high. These higher leveled souls can see a wider vision. They had grown and disciplined their souls by experiencing lots of challenges and tough feelings and emotions. They have compassions and love to others because they had been there in their previous lifetimes.

On the other hand, lower souls are not yet matured and their vibrations are still low. These lower leveled souls can think of themselves only, with selfish way of thinking. The lower leveled souls don’t have compassions to others because they don’t know. They don’t have good imagination skills to put their shoes into others to feel their pain. Unfortunately I’ve seen these lower leveled souls in daily life here and there, even in elders who are in their 70s.

My sincere hope is to help such souls, by gently and assertively showing the right way, so that they don’t need to learn to grow their souls in a hard way.

I think it is now the time we can share what we have experienced and learned. Reading books is one way, and listening to great spiritual leaders is another way. There should be any work around ways for all of us can contribute to the society and the world.

Let’s take an action. Let’s talk about it. Let’s share what we have.

Because, I truly believe that a better world can be fully established only when all of us raise our soul levels together. We cannot leave the lower leveled souls alone.

I thought it interesting and wonderful, so I am going to share it.

In the middle of the night, my daughter suddenly sat up and said out loud “I AM HAPPINESS!”. Right after she said that, she went back to sleep. During she was sleeping, she was giggling with a big smile on her face.

Next morning I asked her if she remembered that. She didn’t remember that.

I think it does not matter if she remembers it or not. The important thing is she went back to her spirit family and had a great time with them.

We too go back to our spirit hometown and spend time with our spirit family during we are sleeping. Most of us don’t remember it but we do so in our unconscious level. We all need such relaxing time in our sleeping time. Especially after we go through tough and hard lessons in the material world, we need to relax with our real family in our real hometown. That is how we take balance. Because you know, living a life in this material world is tough for everybody.

In order to do so, we have to make sure one thing. Before we go to bed, we need to cleanse our energy field. Shake it off all the unnecessary clutters and make ourselves light. When we go to bed with the heavy energy, the heavy energy prevents us to smoothly go back to our spirit homeland.

So, every night before we go to bed, let’s shake it off the unnecessary stuff, such as worries, concerns, or anxieties. Once your part is done, the Universe will take care of the remainder. From there on, it is beyond our ability. Rest assured everything is taken care of. And the Universe is always fair.

So, really, no worries. Everything will go well. Have a good sleep. Have a high quality sleep. zzzzz

I believe everybody has gone through a bad experience on being gossiped. However, interestingly, there are many gossipers who don’t notice themselves they gossip.

Japanese old saying goes 人の口には戸は立てられぬ. It translates “Anyone can start a rumor, but none can stop one”. This saying indicates the issue of gossiping has existed long time ago. I guess gossiping is just a very natural human’s habit.

I went through the bad experience of listening somebody gossiping. And the worst thing for me was that I knew the persons who were gossiped. They were not my close friends, but I knew them personally. They were always nice to me. I personally did not want to know any kinds of their personal stories, especially their private tough stories.

One time I took my courage and pointed out the gossiper to stop leaking others’ private issues. The person said to me that it was not gossiping. She believed it was okay for her to share the others’ stories with me. 

I really disagree. Her friends talked about their private issues because they trusted her. Her friends never expected of their friend gossiping and spreading their private issues to other people. I wouldn’t feel comfortable if my friend spreads around my private issue to somebody, especially to somebody whom I know.

To me, gossiping includes talking anything about somebody else who is not at the place where the conversation is held.

I would like to share one of Eleanor Roosevelt’s Quotes.

Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

偉大な人はアイデアについて話し、普通の人は物事について話し、つまらない人間は他人のことを話す。

Eleanor Roosevelt is absolutely right. Let’s focus on ideas. Let’s focus on our own. Let’s stop gossiping. Really, others’ issues are none of my business, and my issue is none of others’ business.

Here are my small suggestions.

When we hear our friends talking about their tough situation, let’s pray for their better situation, instead of spreading their private issue to other people.

When somebody starts gossiping about somebody else, let’s simply leave the person, or let’s be brave and tell the person, it’s not good to gossip, I don’t want to spend my time listening a gossip.

I believe when each of us keeps it in our mind not to get involved with any kinds of gossiping process, we can change the environment. Like always. Small baby steps will change the world.

My family souls around me (aka, my guide spirits) love to surprise me.

When I ask for some advice to my family souls, they don’t give me an answer directly or right away. I often visualize myself putting my both palms upward to a certain direction, then my family souls throw an idea or advice from my back; from unexpected direction. Or, they use some other methods to convey the message, such as through books, songs, newspapers, Internet articles, or even though strangers’ conversation. When they do so, they are giggling like a small child. But at the same time, they are hoping I will notice their surprise gift.

Whether I can notice the message or not depends on my mind’s status. When I am clinging on heavy emotion such as worried or angry, my spiritual window is too narrow to notice the message. When I am happy and open minded, it is easy for me to notice even a small sign.

Maybe, your family souls also love to surprise you. They convey messages to you in unexpected ways. When you notice a small sign and receive their message, they are happy for you on your spiritual growth and clap their hands.

Time is what we can manipulate as we like. In the Universe, the concept of Time does not exist. It exists only in the planet Earth. We all agreed to use the concept of Time for our convenience. With the concept of Time, we can know when to go back to the Spirit World.

I’ve heard many people complaining they are too busy to meditate. But, remember that we can manipulate time as we like. Many of us have time for going to bathroom. That means we have at least 5 minutes or so. When we fully concentrate to NOW state for the 5 minutes and meditate, we can manipulate the time to longer than the time we see in a clock. Then, the 5 minutes is enough time for us to go to the Sprit World, receive all the necessary knowledge and advise, and come back safely to our physical body. Opposite can be said too. Even if we have enough time to meditate, such as 40 minutes or so, if we don’t focus on NOW state, we just waste our precious time for nothing. Another example is that when someone needs to study, if he/she studies with listening to the music, thinking about all the chores, or doing something else simultaneously beside the study, the person cannot absorb anything necessary at all. When we fully focus on the NOW state, we can shut off all the outside noise and concerns.

The true matter is how we want to use our time. Luckily, we all are provided the rights to use our time as we like, and it is called Free Will.

Have you ever heard that your doctor’s belief affects to your health condition? I would like to share my own experience about that.

My horoscope teacher mentioned in his lecture that when you observe something, you, as an observer, affects the observation results through your thoughts and expectation. Same can be said to a doctor. When your doctor believes that a certain sickness condition will never ever be recovered, your body naturally sucks in their belief.

My previous doctor used to tell me that diabetes cannot be revered forever. She strongly believes that once the person is diagnose as diabetes, the person will be diabetes for the rest of their lives, regardless of their efforts or life style changes. I started seeing this doctor, simply because my insurance company assigned her as my primary doctor. I was too naïve that I never thought I could change my primary doctor as per my change request.

I had gone to see this doctor for about 1 year. My health condition had gone worse and worse. I don’t want to blame this doctor for everything, but I am sure this doctor took some part of my health condition going worse.

When I tried to make a doctor’s appointment this month, the receptionist was very rude, and she didn’t allow me to make an appointment. After I hung up the phone, I had a strong urge to call my insurance company to change my primary doctor, so I did. Regardless of my concern, the receptionist of my insurance company was very nice and kind, and changing the doctor was done within 2 minutes. Just like that, easily done. So, I was supposed to change my doctor at this moment.

Another thing I would like to share with you is about the messages from Angels. Right after I changed my doctor, I asked Angels about my health condition how I can get well by using Angel cards. The card I was drawn to take was “Change physician”. I started laughing. I said out loud to Angels, “Yeah, I just did!!” I had a very good feeling about my new doctor.

Then today, I went to see a new doctor. I instantly liked him; his positive attitude. He assured me that I can definitely reverse my diabetic condition. He encouraged me to exercise vigorously. Not a mild exercise like gentle walking, but more like sweating exercise to burn calorie, every day. I feel that I will getter with this doctor, because he believes that I can heal myself. I have solid confidence that my A1C result and body weight will get better in 3 months. I will keep you updated. So, please come back to my page to check it out.
