Maintenance of the garden 10/1/2025

I devoted my morning time to maintain our backyard garden. In the summer time, the butter squash plants invaded everywhere in the garden, taking space for the other plants. Now that the butter squash almost finished producing, it gives the space for other plants to grow. As for Kabocha, we harvested only one. I hope we will have another kabocha during autumn.

The matter is how we live 9/28/2025

I studied the professional homeopathy course by watching the prerecorded lecture. In today’s lecture, the teacher shared some of her homeopathy counseling sessions. One session was dealt with a young boy who suffered from the severe sickness. She mentioned about death. I agree with her opinion that she is against of letting old people by using the medical devices just to extend the life long. These people don’t desire living like that because they cannot walk or eat, even talk. All they can do is just lay down on a hospital bed by extending the life through the oxygen tank and a bunch of IVs and medications. The teacher said she does not want to live like that, and I agree with her. It does not matter how many years we live. Rather, it matters how we live our lives.

Finale of monsoon 9/26/2025

I woke up with the gentle rain sound. It is one of the rare mornings in our area that we start our day from rain. The rain continued all day with the harsh thunderstorm and lightnings. In the evening, the rain stopped for the time being so that my family and I could go walk for the evening walk. The temperature dropped to low and I needed to change my clothes to a long sleeve shirt and pants. I read the news that the northern part of Arizona had the extreme flood that some parts of the road was completely closed for all day.

Appreciation to pain-free condition 9/25/2025

For the past couple of days, I could enjoy the daily life without any pain in my body. Before I had the nerve pain, I never thought of this kind of appreciation to my body. But once I experienced the nerve pain, it affects my daily life. The nerve pain ruins my life. I cannot think straight. The pain prevents me from every action such as walking, sleeping, the daily chores. This nerve pain at least gave me a great lesson. I should not take it for granted to live life without pain. I should always appreciate my body whenever I can do whatever I want without suffering from pain. Thank you to my body and thank you to my family spirits for your constant support. And, of course, I appreciate my family for their unconditional love and support while I had the nerve pain.
