Medicine plant 9/4/2020

We woke up again 5 a.m. in the morning. My dad-in-law was already up. He said he had still shoulder and sore muscle on all over his body, but other than that, he felt fine. We were happy to know that he was okay.

After we had breakfast, we continued the corn cake ceremony that was a part of Kinaaldá ceremony. The cake didn’t turn out very well. The majority part was too dry to eat. At least we learned from this mistake, so that we will be able to do much better on our next time. Maybe for my daughter’s daughter in the future.

My dad-in-law had another two patients for prayer. My family and I went to the local museum and the zoo. Unfortunately the workers were there, but they were not open for public.

I cooked curry and rice for everybody. After lunch, my dad-in-law asked us to come with him to the mountain. His patient needed a medicine plant for her cancer.  The mountain area was located two hours away from their house. Since he hit his head last night, he didn’t want to drive there by himself. We offered him help to go there with him.

I remember the area. My dad-in-law took me to this place long time ago before I married to my husband. It was 15 years ago, but the area looked still the same.

My dad-in-law and the patient went to the certain medicine plant and had a ceremony. They offered corn pollen and asked for their permission to use the plant as medicine. The medicine can heal cancer and also, it cleans blood.

The dirt of this area is alkaline and the dirt itself has healing energy. In order to use the medicine plant, we use the root. We soak the root in one gallon of water for 4 days. Then we drink one cup of the tea every morning and night until the one gallon.

In the evening we had an appointment with my dad-in-law’s friend. She is a doctor and also incorporates the Navajo traditional healing method. She is 65 years old. She is knowledgeable and also flexible and open to new idea and healing modalities. Once we move to Navajoland, I want to have get together with her in person. She mentioned she is interested into listening to the Coast to Coast AM radio. Also she is interested in an earthship house. She said there is one earthship house close to our area. I would like to visit their house on our next visit.

Kinaaldá ceremony 9/3/2020

We woke up at 5 a.m. after we had breakfast, we gathered up at the Hogan.

We had a Kinaaldá ceremony for my daughter. It is Navajo’s traditional ceremony for celebrating female pubertal coming-of-age. My daughter dressed up in Navajo traditional outfit. My dad-in-law was the medicine man.

We made a natural soap with yucca and washed her hair. Then we tied her hair in a Navajo’s traditional way of bundle.

The ceremony started at 8 a.m. and ended after noon. After we had lunch, we continued the ceremony. We cooked the corn cake. The cake preparation was done after 2 p.m. For the remainder of the afternoon, we visited my husband’s cousin and went to town for grocery shopping. During that time, my dad-in-law had two patients visited him. He had prayers for them.

In the night around 7 p.m., we built a fire again and gathered up. We were all tired.

Around 9 p.m., we called it a night. My family and I went back to the trailer house, and my parents-in-law went back to their house after us. Then, all of a sudden we heard a violent knocking sound of the window. It was my mother-in-law. She shouted us my dad-in-law fell down and hit his head on the ground in front of the entrance door.

We quickly went to him. My husband and my mom-in-law carried him into the house and laid him on the couch. My dad-in-law still had conscious and remembered who he was and about us.

It was shocking to me. I have known him for 22 years. When I met him for the first time, he was 46 years old; still young and strong. Now he turned to be 68 years old getting old and weak. Watching him fell down on the floor reminded me of my late mom. I could not hold my tears back. My mom-in-law started crying too. She said she recently feels anxious of them living alone. They both feel uneasy of their getting old and weak. I felt strongly my parents-in-laws desire. They want us to move in to Navajoland and live close to them.

Everything happens for reasons. Maybe this incident happened to have us seriously think about moving back to Navajoland soon; sooner than we think.

Trip to Navajoland 9/2/2020

Today’s dream: I grabbed a huge stool in my hand. Even in my dream, I knew this dream meant something great.

Then I woke up. I looked up the meaning of grabbing a huge stool in hand. The dream interpretation dictionary says the dreamer will grab a great luck and fortune on their own. This means the dreamer’s continuous efforts having been built for previous years will be rewarded.

My family and I woke up at 5 a.m. I cooked breakfast and lunch-to-go. My daughter studied for two hours to finish up her this week’s to-do-lists for her school. We needed to wait for the trash truck to come collect the garbage. After all the morning chore was done, we finally took off to our vacation trip to Navajoland.

On the way we passed the area where they recently had a sever mountain fire. The entire area had become barren. The burned trees and grasses were changed to dark black. Even some guardrails burned and melted down. If we planned this strip one month before, we would have to detour to the different route.

The entire route was not busy at all. We could drive safely on our comfortable pace. We arrived at Navajoland before 6 p.m. of their time, which was 5 p.m. in our time.

After we unloaded our luggage, we built a fire outside and enjoyed talking around the fire.

My Navajo parents told us their house dog passed away two days ago. They think the dog had a cancer and suffered from pain. The doctor scheduled a surgery on the day. The dog passed away while in sleep. The dog was very smart. Maybe she didn’t want to cause my Navajo parents to pay for the huge amount of surgery money. She was a really smart and thoughtful dog. I hope she will come back to them soon in a different body.

Getting ready for the trip 9/1/2020

Today’s dream: I was at my aunt’s house in Japan. In the house, my late aunt, her late husband, my late grandpa, and my husband, my daughter, and I were living together. My daughter was 5 years old. She had a long curly hair. Her hair looked like that of the Japanese cartoon character; Candy-Candy. It was different from the physical realm; her hair is long and straight though. I needed to take her to the kindergarten. I was wondering if we should take the bus or a taxi. Then I woke up.

I didn’t get any specific message from this dream. At least I was happy to see my relatives. They were all fine in the spirit world.

In the afternoon, I was busy getting ready for our upcoming trip. We were so excited of visiting Navajoland. It has been more than one year since our last visit.

First Cologuard 8/31/2020

I woke up earlier than usual. Today is Monday, so I set today to take sample of Cologuard and send it out to their lab.

This was prescribed by my doctor. When she mentioned about colon cancer screen, I automatically turned it down as I don’t want to deal with the uncomfortable physical checkup. But when the doctor explained me about Cologuard, I agreed to take the test.

Cologuard is a colon cancer screening test that people can take the sample at home. After the doctor orders the kit, the manufacture will ship to the test kit to the patient home. the patient take the sample and put it back to the prescribed box, and ship it back to their lab by UPS. The test sample should be tested at the lab within 72 hours after the sample was taken.

When I called UPS office for pickup, the operator told me not to keep the package outside. She told me somebody might steal my package without knowing it was the test sample. We just laughed. It would be awkward if somebody steals my package hoping it was something very nice or luxurious. I decided to keep the package inside the house until the UPS driver picked it up.

***

This was my first time to use their kit and take the colon cancer screening. I hate dealing with anything sickness, hospitals, and doctors. While I was taking sample, even though it was much better than doing it at the hospital, I felt uncomfortable. I thought of my late mom. She often told me exactly the same thing as I think. While she was battling with cancer, she needed to take many tests. I can easily imagine how uncomfortable she felt. I acknowledge her efforts.

I will pay attention to prevent any sickness so that I can avoid hospitals as much as I can.

Holographic breathing 8/30/2020

At 11 a.m., I attended the holographic breathing class.  It was 1.5 hour webinar. There were 27 attendees including the host/instructor. The host was the man who lives in London. This was my very first time to attend his webinar. The first time attendees were only a couple of people including me.

In today’s webinar he taught his relaxing/meditating method; holographic breathing. We relax our lips and lightly close. The tip of our tongue touches the roof of mouth. As we breathe in, we relax our jaw and lightly open. As we breathe out, we close our jaw. We send our smile and good energy to mother Earth. We receive her acknowledgement. We send our smile and good energy to our guide spirits, and receive their acknowledgement. We keep breathing until we fully relax.

With using his technique, we worked with our ancestry and our DNA. He said when we work on our ancestry and DNA, it eventually contributes to heal the Earth. First we focused on the energy of our one side; left side and right side. He said normally people feel their left hand side was maternal family lineage and their right hand side is their paternal family lineage, but it does not apply to everybody. So first, we need to explore our energy and find out our feeling.

To me, I felt my left side is my maternal family lineage and my right side is my paternal family lineage.

Then we proceeded to meditation.

When I focused on my left side, I felt my mom’s energy. I saw a vision of us when I was at the elementary school years. I saw my elementary school day’s PE uniforms. At that time I needed my mom the most to care for me, but she was always busy with taking care of others such as my dad’s mom and my mom’s dad, and even my classmate who lived with her grandparents. I felt from my left side regarding the passed down karma on my mom’s family lineage. Their karma had been living their lives as invisible or hidden. They always served somebody as a mom, a wife, and a housemaid. They never got a spotlight for supporting somebody.

On the other hand, when I focused on my right side, I felt my dad’s family lineage. Unlike my mom’s family lineage, my dad’s family lineage had been the top of the mountain. They had been getting a spotlight by being a boss, a lord (Tonosama) of the area, and a head person of the area. They had contributed to the area and the company. In order to keep being the top person, they studied a lot and made efforts to maintain their fame, authority, money, and influence. The mother’s family lineage was like a ninja while the father’s family lineage was like a tonosama.

The message for me was like this.

These two family lineages had equally taken a quite important role in the society. Karma can turn into healing, wisdom, and light if it is used properly.

Now as their descendant, my role is to acknowledge both family lineage’s precious heritage. My ancestors want me to be flexible enough on utilizing their heritages properly. They want me to listen to them and receive their supports and advises.

Then my conscious came back to my body. It was a great guided mediation. I appreciate the instructor to host this webinar. I also appreciate the other members to join this meditation together. It was a great group. I enjoyed his webinar. He is going to have another webinar on September 20th. I look forward to his next webinar.

My first Colon hydrotherapy at home 8/29/2020

I purchased a colon hydrotherapy home kit. This morning I had colon hydrotherapy at home for the very first time.

This is the process I took.

I washed the silicon bag, the tube, and the attachments with lukewarm water, then soak them in vinegar water for one hour.

I made lukewarm water of 1000 ml; 2 bottles of water, and put it in the silicon bag. I applied some massage oil to the attachment and my butt. I set the attachment to my body and opened the valve.

I stayed sitting in a toilet seat while the lukewarm water is entering to my body. It didn’t take long. Probably less than 5 minutes. After all the water was in, I massaged my berry and did some exercise about 5 minutes. Then, I released.

It was so comfortable to get rid of unnecessary things from my body. Even though this was my very first time, I felt my face skin got lighter than before.

I will make this as my routine. Maybe once a week as a beginning.

Face dark spot 8/28/2020

I had a dark spot in last March. It got darker day by day. My friend told me that a fresh Aloe Vera would help. She told me her dark spots always disappear two to three days after she apply fresh Aloe Vera juice. I followed her advice, but mine did not disappear. The dark spot stayed more than one year.

This July I happened to find one discoloration cream in the store. It was just $5 per small glass bottle. I purchased it and applied it to my dark spot. The instruction says to apply it for a while but not every day for continuous days.

It didn’t disappear right away. I forgot about the discoloration cream and stopped applying it.

This morning I noticed my dark spot was almost gone. I can see somewhat when I stare at it in the mirror, but otherwise, it looks like disappeared.

Finally.

I don’t know it is solely thanks to the discoloration cream or the combination of blood cleaning from healthy foods. In any ways, I am thankful for that.

Supports received 8/27/2020

Today’s dream: In my dream I woke up in a nice futon. I was at my Japanese friend’s house. I could smell nice fragrance from the futon. I knew my friend let it sun dry on the previous day of my visit. I went down to the kitchen. My friend was already in the kitchen and breakfast was set in the table. We enjoyed her healthy breakfast. Then I woke up. I haven’t talked to her for a while. I miss visiting her house. I know we can visit again once this pandemic is settled down. I am looking forward to visiting her at her house again.

I am glad that I could finally have a sound sleep last night. I had not be able to sleep well for the past five days due to my dad’s continuous calls.

***

I sent out my prayer asking for support to calm down my dad’s continuous phone calls and get back to my inner peace. I can feel my prayer was heard and taken care of.

This morning I saw my cell phone without any missed phone calls nor voice messages left. I am glad for that.

I received two emails. One was from the inheritance accountant. He told me that once the document is arrived, he will make an appointment with my dad, and convey my dad the messages from me.

The other mail was from the care manager whom I met at my parents’ house in this January. At that time, my dad refused to receive any support from her company, but recently my dad called their office to ask for daily care support. She was assigned to be a care manager for my dad. I am happy for that. I like her. She is a caring person and willing to communicate with me constantly.

At late night at 10 p.m., I talked with my Japanese friend on the phone. She listened to me and gave me her calm energy to hug me in spirit. She agreed with me that I should take care of myself first by not talking with my dad at this moment and let the other people deal with him. Eventually these people and time will calm my dad down so that I will be able to talk with him calmly. I just wait for things happened in a peaceful way.

I believe all of these were the supports from my family spirits. Now I have finally regained back my inner peace.

So stressed out 8/26/2020

I woke up this morning and noticed 4 missed phone calls along with 4 new voice messages. The 3 calls were from my dad’s cell phone, and his housemaid left the voice messages. The last call was from my brother, and he left a voice message. The phone calls were made in the middle of the night, started from midnight, continued to 1 a.m., and ended at 2 a.m. I also received a LINE message from my dad’s housemaid. All the messages were my dad asking me to call him back. (August 26th)

***

Last night right before I went to bed at 7”30 p.m., I received a phone call from my cousin. My dad asked my cousin to call me, and my cousin conveyed the message. While I was explaining why I don’t feel comfortable to talk to my dad at this moment, my phone kept on ringing. It was from my dad. He called my cell phone 3 times and left a voice message three times. (August 25th)

***

Thank god, no calls from my dad. (August 24th)

***

I received 3 missed phone calls from my dad during my online class. I called him back to the home landline phone and his cell phone twice each, but my phone didn’t go through. (August 23rd).

***

I received 1 missed phone call from my dad while I was out for evening walk. I didn’t call him back intentionally, because I didn’t feel like talking with him. He always made me feel uncomfortable over the phone in our previous phone conversations. (August 22nd)

***

In these past 5 days, I received a phone call from my dad 11 times. Along with the phone calls, I received a message from others such as my cousin, my dad’s housemaid, and my brother, asking me to call my dad, 5 times.

My last phone conversation with my dad was August 13th. He lied about my mom and hurt me terribly. Before ended our phone conversation, I told my dad that I would not talk to him directly for a while, because we always ended up to an ugly arguing. Is it possible my dad completely forgot about our last conversation?

Seriously. It is so annoying. I did my part. I agreed to sign the Agreement and did my part, signed and had the signature notarized, and sent it back to the accountant. Once the package is delivered, the accountant promised me to go see my dad in person. There, he would talk to my dad my reasons why I rejected to sign the agreement, and why I changed my mind to sign. According to the accountant, both of my dad and brother don’t know my reasons, or they don’t care about my reasons.

I am so reluctant to talk to my dad at this moment. Please somebody, help me out from this uncomfortable situation.
