This morning my glucose level was 176. It is still high, but I am glad it started showing some progress. Last night I resumed my habit of jogging on the treadmill and eating an apple for my desert. I will keep my good habit and work on regaining my good health.

My mother-in-law purchased a tricycle for my daughter as a belated birthday gift and a Christmas gift. Today a huge box was delivered. Many people left a review complaining about the difficulty in assembling it. I hope we will make it somehow. But all in all, we are so excited for a new tricycle.

My dad-in-law had been suffering from the pain in his leg for a while. He bumped his right upper thigh at the corner of the kitchen table. It happened around the last Christmas. He didn’t do anything about the injury because he thought the pain would go away in a couple of days. At that time they were planning to visit us at the first or second week of January. He thought his injury would get healed by then. But it didn’t get healed even at the beginning of January.

While days had passed by, the pain in his leg never disappeared, but it got worse and worse. My mom-in-law kept on nudging her husband to go see the doctor, but he never did.

Today, after more than three weeks had passed, my dad-in-law finally decided to go see the doctor due to the unbearable pain.

The hospital didn’t allow my mom-in-law to wait for her husband at the waiting lobby, so she needed to come back home alone. Some hours later my dad-in-law came back home with some Ibuprofen pills. They didn’t do anything for his leg. The pain never went away, so he went back to the hospital again late at night. There, the different doctor checked his leg and noticed the serious symptom. The doctor decided to fly him out to the other hospital in a big city.

Now he is in the big hospital. We don’t know what would happen next. I hope the doctor would treat him correctly so that he would be discharged from the hospital soon.  

At 6 p.m., I attended my third mediation class. There were four students attended.

In the guided meditation, I experienced like this.

I was in an old shrine. It was located in mountain area of southern part of Kyushu Island, Japan. There, I was greeted by a Shinto priest. I was wearing a priestess’s outfit of a white kimono and a red hakama. During the Goma ceremony, the fire changed into a human shape. Today, my late maternal grandpa appeared for me to convey a message. He told me to go with the flow. Don’t decide anything at this moment. Rather, everything will be revealed by itself, so wait patiently and act accordingly.

At 8 p.m., I joined the zoom meeting with my new friend. On our last chat, we ended up chatting for five hours. I wanted to make today’s chat for just one hour or so. However, as usual, our chat was so fun that we ended up chatting even longer than last time; more than six hours. We ended our chat around 2:30 a.m.

This morning’s my glucose level was 222. It was after 13 hours fasting and the next day of the acupuncture treatment. Before an acupuncture treatment did work well on my body, but not this time.

When I meditated and asked about my diabetes, my guide spirit advised me to eat an apple. I have a whole bunch of apples in the refrigerator. I will incorporate eating an apple as desert in my daily life.

I completely forgot about the old saying. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

I attended my sixth Mantra class at 9 p.m. There were eight students attended including me.

We learned two new mantras. I enjoyed the class.

This morning my glucose level was 222, even it was after 13 hours fasting. Recently my blood sugar has been very high of over 200 in the morning. I decided to take an acupuncture treatment again. My last session was 17 months ago; August 27^th in 2019.

After came back from the acupuncture treatment, my glucose level was 187. It was still high.

My husband suggested me to resume some good habits, such as muscle training or jogging on a treadmill, which I used to do and had stopped recently. I appreciate his advice. I need to change my life style again to regain my good health.

Today’s dream was very vivid and unforgettable. My mom-in-law got pregnant, and with the great news, my dad-in-law started building a new house. I woke up feeling energized.

My daughter has had eye issues for several months now. Last month at the E.R., the doctor diagnosed as migraine with aura. My daughter has not had migraine, but the issues in her eyes stay. So I took her to the eye exam again.

The doctor dilated her pupils and checked the back of her eyes thoroughly. The doctor confirmed her eyes are totally healthy without any issues. He diagnosed her eye issues are due to the allergic reactions to dusts or pollen.

He suggested to try some over-the-counter eye drops for allergy. He also suggested to use a cold eye patch whenever the symptoms appear. I hope his advices will be helpful for my daughter.

Today’s dream: I was cooking at my house. I opened my refrigerator. My refrigerator was a nice and big one. It was spacious with full of a variety of food ingredients. There was nothing unnecessary. Everything was necessary and useful. Everything was well-organized for me to take out easily and efficiently. Then I woke up comfortably.

This dream clearly showed the state of my mind. My guide spirits’ messages of yesterday’s meditation were helpful for me to get back to my healthy and peaceful mind. Now I am confident and feeling strong.

The dream interpretation dictionary says a huge and well-organized refrigerator means the dreamer is in the stable condition in mentally. It also reflects the dreamer is blessed with everything she needs.
