Last Sunday I contacted my realtor about a gas stove. The realtor said she would talk to the house owner about switching to a gas stove.

One week has passed. I haven’t heard from them.

I thought I should at least mention my realtor about the detailed reason on why we asked the request. I also apologized if it was a too bold request.

The realtor kindly told me that it was not a bold request at all. She would talk to the owner again. She said she is confident we will be able to get it done. She wanted me to be a little patient with the procedure.

I thanked her and ended our conversation with a big smile on my face.

I am happy to have talked with her.

I can be patient for sure. The road to a gas stove might be long, but I can wait. I am looking forward to having a gas stove in my house.

Last Friday I received an email from the realtor company. It included a list of 10 newer listed houses for sale.

The very top house caught my eyes.

It was a two-story house with 4 bed rooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a lap swimming pool. The property was surrounded by a 6-feet-height fence of cinder blocks. This house has everything I wish.

I was delighted at the description. It said the open house will be held on the upcoming Sunday, which was today.

So, my family and I went to the open house this afternoon.

This house was a good example that you should not buy a house online. You’ve got to see it with your own eyes.

This house looked fantastic in the 43 pictures in the online page. However, when I was actually in the house, I noticed a huge difference between the pictures and the real property.

Each room was extremely small. The house was old. This house didn’t talk to me anything.

I instantly knew this house was not what I wanted to buy. It was so clear that I didn’t need to think twice.

That being said, I always enjoy each opportunity of a house tour. It’s because each house tour disciplines my intuition.

Today I notice something new.

Every house tour makes me realize how much I love the current house that I am renting. It might be a sign that eventually we might buy the current house from the owner.

My friend gave me a bag of mixed herbs that she hand-picked. She recommended to make an herbal garlic oil with it.

It was my first time to make my homemade herbal garlic oil.

As a preparation, I sanitized a glass jar with boiling hot water. On the bottom of the glass jar, I put the mixed herbs. Then I added lots of peeled garlic cloves and olive oil into the glass jar. I mixed them well and kept the glass jar for one week in the refrigerator. I kept it in the refrigerator because our house/area gets really hot in this time of the year.

It looked like the garlic have been fermented. The garlic oil amount level was raised than the first day. The entire jar looked like all white.

First, I thought the garlic was melted in the olive oil. When I opened the lid, it gave off a nice fragrant with herbal garlic oil, so I figured it was not rotten nor ruined.  

Since this was my very first time making a homemade herbal garlic oil, I was not sure if this was done correctly. I was not sure if it was normal to have melted garlic in the oil.

I searched the information about melted garlic in the olive oil in the Internet, but I could not find anybody written about it.

I mentioned it to my friend. She was surprised to hear my garlic was melted. She recommended to take out the glass jar from the refrigerator and keep it in the room temperature. So I followed her advice.

She was right. My herbal garlic oil looked just fine in the room temperature. And the garlic was not melted at all. It looked melted because the oil got cooled and hardened.

Aside from my ignorant concern, my homemade herbal garlic oil was done properly. It tastes very good with pasta, salad, and other food ingredients.

Today my monthly period started. It surprised me because it came one week earlier than my scheduled date. My monthly period usually come regularly.  If there are some irregularity, they are within 2 to 3 days range, but not like this month; one week irregularity.

I know this is one of aging processes. My body is slowly adjusting the amount of my female hormone. This process is called menopause. I want to humbly accept and respect in my body’s change, instead of being freaking out to the change.

I remember somebody told me this.

— Aging process gives us a great opportunity to accept. —

I think this is very true.

We all take our good health for granted in our younger years. Toward the end of our life, as a preparation to leave this life, aging process happens slowly. And the all aging processes seem to be new to us. We feel scared to the new changes. This happens only if we see things from human beings’ perspective.

Let us see this process from the spirits’ perspective. They are happy for us to go through the aging process; which happens at the latter half of human life. Because it simply means the day for us to go back to our true hometown is coming closer. Our true hometown is our spiritual hometown where we truly belong.

Humans’s life is short, from the perspective of spirits.

Let’s live our life to the most. Let’s cherish every moment in this lifetime.

Recently my family spirits let me have some visions. They were a vision of fish, a vision of omega 6, and a vision of EPA supplement.

It was a very straightforward message for me.

When I started researching an EPA supplement that is best fit for me, I soon found one. It looked shining to me. I purchased it with the good amount for one year.

I started taking it from today.

I look forward to my next lab test results in regard to triglyceride and cholesterol levels. I hope this supplement will be great help for me.

I woke up from a nightmare in the middle of the night. Yesterday while we were waiting for my car repair, we had some food at the restaurant. Nowadays every time I eat animal meat at restaurant, I am suffered from a nightmare. I felt this morning’s nightmare was due to the beef I ate yesterday.

My daughter woke up feeling sick. She had a bad tummy ache. She could not eat anything for breakfast. She could barely drink some water.

I called her school to notice she would stay home today.

During all morning she had suffered from vomiting and having a diarrhea. It was obviously a symptom of food poisoning. We had the same food at the restaurant yesterday.

In the afternoon my daughter got well and started eating normally. It was amazing that she got well from food poisoning that fast. Typically it takes 2-3 days to completely heal from food poisoning.

Both of my daughter and I were reacted to the food at the restaurant. I had a nightmare and my daughter had food poisoning. Luckily my husband was totally fine all day today.

It was not fun to get sick, but at least it gives us an opportunity to appreciate our good health. It is an opportunity to take time to appreciate our body to function well every day.

Back in March I received a recall notice letter from my car’s manufacture. The recall was about the airbag of the passenger seat. The letter recommends the car owner not to let anybody sit in the passenger’s seat until the replacement airbag is installed by the car dealer.

I called the local dealer to make an appointment, but they were already full with appointments in March and April. I needed to wait for more than two months. The earliest appointment I could take was today.

My family and I went to the car dealer. When we arrived, there was a long waiting line for the recall repair.

The mechanic told us the repair would take four hours. They offered us a loaner so that we can do some chores while waiting. Our appointment time was 1:30 pm. By the time we finally got to talk with the mechanic, it was already 2:30 pm. The mechanic said the service department will close at 6 pm. In case it takes longer than four hours, we might have to go back home with the loaner and come back tomorrow to pick up my car.

I didn’t like the idea to come back tomorrow by myself. It takes 1.5 hour from my house to the car dealer. I will feel uncomfortable to drive a loaner alone for such a long way.

I mentioned about my situation to the mechanic and asked him to finish it as soon as possible. He promised me that he would do his best.

An interesting thing happen.

When I saw his smiling face, I had a clear vision in my mind that we are going back home with my car, earlier than we think. I gave him a big smile back, and left for the closest mall to kill the waiting time.

While we were shopping in the mall, I got a phone call from the car dealer. The mechanic gave me a good news. They are just done working on my car.

My intuition was right. It was much earlier than we expected. It was before 4 pm.

We came back home safely by my car installed the replacement airbag. Now I can have somebody sit in my passenger’s seat safely.

I have taken microbiotic online course from Japanese company since last September.

Recently they had taken survey to their students and posted the results. They posted all the good feedback from the survey. Everybody mentioned their great improvements in their physical health as well as emotional health.

As for me I have been making efforts since last September. Every time I learned something new from the online course, I have incorporated them in my daily life. I have drastically changed my diet pattern since January of 2017.

I can see improvements in my cooking ability. I stay in the kitchen cooking and preparing food much longer than before. However I don’t see any drastic improvements in my diabetes condition. My triglyceride has not been improved.

I mentioned my honest feedback to the company owner. I didn’t expect him to take any further step. Two days later I received a reply from him. He forwarded my email to the instructor, and the instructor asked me to submit her my food diary for two weeks. She said she might be some help with the food diary.

I was surprised at their kind offer. I never thought the instructor would offer me any help, as she seems to be super busy.

I appreciate them for their kind offer. I am willing to be honest on my food diary, so that she can find anything I could not notice.

I wanted to buy a gas stove. I already did some research through the Internet. Based on the information, there are two options for us; on either buying a whole new set of gas stove with gas oven, or a stove-top only. The former option will cost us over $1,000 just for a product. The latter option will cost us within $300. I knew I should not buy these products online, because we will need to buy extra, such as a gas valve and a gas hose to connect to the product. Also we will need a professional plumber to connect the gas line and the electricity.

My family and I went to two different home improvement retailers.

At both stores, they didn’t carry the latter optioned products. They only had the former optioned products. We found out we will need to pay around $1,500 including the materials and the plumber.

When we mentioned we are currently renting a house, the both store workers suggested we ask the owner to switch it to a gas stove. I was a bit surprised. I thought it might be too bold to ask the owner. But they think it is normal to ask the owner. Interestingly they both said it would go well. While I was listening to them, for some reasons, I felt strong feeling that I should ask the owner anyway. Also, I felt positive feeling that it would go smoothly.

When I came back home, I prayed and asked support to my family spirits. Then, I texted to my realtor about that. The realtor quickly replied back to me. She said she would talk to the owner about that.

We will have to wait for their reply. It might take a while. At least I am glad that we have taken one step on the road to a gas stove.

This morning I had a dream of a green turtle. The small green turtle was swift in moving around, but I successfully caught it in my hand.

Then I woke up.

I knew this was a message from my family spirits. I knew the green turtle was sent as a messenger representing a good health.

I have started cooking with gas fire for 8 days so far. My family spirits like the idea of cooking with fire.
